I call this "magic tape". It gets rid of muscle aches like magic - drug free. I always thought it was a placebo effect when a friend told me the tap really helped with pain. Then one day my should was aching so much for no reason and no pain pill would touch it. I asked for a piece of tape, and the relief was instant and continuous. You don't have to put in on in any special way, just slap it on over the ache. I bought this package because it's flesh toned (I don't need the silly colors). The fact that it's five rolls with the scissors makes it a good value.

Having carpal metacarpal osteoarthritis in both of my hands, I use a lot of kinesiology tape. And because I use it so often, I like it to match my outfits. This multi pack gave me plenty of colors to choose from, and it also works tremendously well. I put it on in the morning before work, the adhesive lasts all day, even through multiple handwashing. It's very easy to apply and causes no discomfort.

It helped what I needed it for when it did stick. Used to support ankle joints and knees. Ankle it was fine because it was under a sock, but as soon as the sock came off it started to roll, on my knees it really sucked as it would start peel and/or roll within minutes of putting on not tight/not loose pants (which has never happened with a different brand, AND putting it on as instructed). Some colors had less stretch than others, some stuck better than others, most left residue that caused irritation on a small part of my calf (use isopropyl alcohol to wipe off remaining residue and dry and it went away after a few days, but still). I will go back to using ckeep as it sticks through showers and sweat and still removes cleanly and easily when you want.

The tape works great as long as you don't get it wet. I use it on my hand from my palm around my thumb to the back of the hand. Sometimes I put skin tac on first to make sure the tape will stay on my palm. Any kind of moisture makes this tape come right off. Other tapes will stay on. I wear a brace too, so that helps the tape stay on longer. This tape does calm the pain in my hand. I notice a difference when I don't use it. I've sometimes had issues with skin reactions to the tape glue, but that happens with bandaids, too. It doesn't happen every time I use the tape so I'd say it's my skin being irritated with everything and not specifically the tape glue. I'd definitely buy it again.

Works great for an excellent price. I can cut size for specific location and helps my atrophied muscles gain oxygen flow.

I use this as mouth tape to prevent snoring. It is as comfortable as it can be to tape your own mouth closed but removes easily and stays on all night.

These are great but I find the stickiness to be lacking. I have an injury that likes to re-aggravate often and I use these to help however I notice that with simple activity such as walking, they tend to lift off my skin and don't stay stuck which kind of defeats the purpose. I'm still using them because they are excellent and help me with my pain but unfortunately, I do have to keep applying them. They are super easy to apply and cut easy too if you need to.
