I got this for my wife who unfortunately frequently gets migraines. This is a big improvement over the ice pack wrapped in a towel. It is very well made and comfortable and soothing to wear. However, it is very cold when it comes out of the freezer and we find it needs to warm up for a couple minutes before putting it on. That said, it stays cold for a while which is appreciated. It is also very nice how it fits over the eyes and ears and cools the back of the neck.

Bought this as a White Elephant gift for the holidays because I knew that if nobody else actually wanted it I could trade it for myself, and it all went according to plan 😈😜 but seriously this thing is exquisite! Comfy yet secure, instantly puts soothing pressure on all points of the noggin to relieve pain in minutes. It already feels cool to the touch at room temperature, and gets VERY cold if kept in the freezer. Heat helps with my headaches better, so I’m glad to report that microwaving it for 40-60 seconds (depending on wattage) also does wonders! As soon as I put this bad boy on I feel SO much better, AND I especially love that it still works even if you wear glasses! I A lot of my headaches tend to unfortunately appear when watching movies with the family, so it’s super nice to have something that doesn’t restrict my watching or whatever I’m in the middle of doing when migraines suddenly strike. Definitely recommend!

Almost too cold, but that’s a good problem to have. If I’m super sensitive I will either leave it out for a few minutes before putting it on, or put it on and take it off several times until I can tolerate it (usually after the 2nd time of putting it on/off I can leave it on). It provides nice compression, too. Pro tip: hold your breath for 30 seconds and press gently on the eye area to try to activate the dive reflex which may cure your migraine. It doesn’t always work for me but when it does I am so thankful. Even if it doesn’t cure every time it does provide comfort for several minutes, and if you’re a migraine sufferer you know how valuable that is.

My daughter absolutely loves this! She says it helps tremendously with her headaches. She actually requests it. It does not stay cold for very long but its understandable. I highly recommend this product if you have headaches or migraines. Great quality and truly works!
