True to size. Great material, after multiple uses they still snap just as the day I received them!

As anyone who has had any type of incapacitation knows (Mine was a broken right leg and a fractured left ankle which required me to Not put any weight on either leg) getting dressed can be a challenge. These made it a lot easier.

Had another common pair sold on amazon, and the snaps sucked. Sucked like can't wear in public bad cause you just be naked. So I went through other snap pants, until I found these. More expensive, and I don't care for the cuff at the bottom of the leg, but let me tell you, these things don't fall off, or come unsnapped when putting something in you pocket. You have to mean to unsnap them.These have been post-surgical parts for me compliments of my broken right foot. So much easier than trying to shove my cast boot through a normal pair of pants. All around highly recommend!

This breakaway pants are okay but the button on the waistband continuously let's loose which is not a good thing especially when you're bending and you have knee braces on from the lower leg to the upper leg.CAN'T THEY MAKE A BREAKAWAY PANT LEG WITHOUT A BREAKAWAY WAIST?

Easy on/off. Just what I needed for going to the gym.

I bought these tear away pants after having my leg amputated as a last resort from a combat related injury. I didn’t have the pants on in public more than one hour before the button closest to my prosthesis popped off leaving a 10 inch opening in the leg. I was on a day trip to New York City which took a complete turn given the weather was 20 degrees. What a disappointment.
