This product really helps to get to sleep and since it is homeopathic, it does not have the chemical issues lots of other products have. It is also hard to find in most retail stores so I am happy to be able to get it on Amazon.

Works good. The first time I took it I slept 6 hours without waking up which I very rarely do.

Take note, homeopathy is gentle, so you won't get a "crash" feel when taken. Some nights it works a little better than other nights. If it's not working as I want, I wait 15 minutes and take again.

I like this product because it works for me at night. I take it first starting 40 minutes before I take my night time sleep aid pill. And if I wake up before it's time I pop one of these in my mouth chew it up and I'm right back to sleep. No side effects. Except perfect sleep.
