Absolutely love the Arlo Essential Outdoor Camera (2nd Gen)! Setup was a breeze—everything you need is in the box, including the mount, charging cable, and screws. The video quality is super crisp, even at night thanks to the color night vision. I feel a lot more secure knowing I can monitor everything from my phone, and the motion detection is accurate without being too sensitive. Battery life has been solid so far, and the design is sleek and modern. If you’re looking for a reliable, easy-to-use outdoor camera, this is definitely a win!

These cameras are amazing! I use them outdoors to monitor my rabbits, and they have held up great through the Florida weather. They have a long battery life, and you receive alerts when the battery is getting low. Really good video quality, and sound quality. They are easy to set up and connect to devices. Absolutely worth the money.

I asked around for a good quality camera to watch my livestock, AKA, chickens and ducks. I didn't want monthly fees or contracts. I purchased Arlo . It was easy enough to set up and I enjoyed after tinkering with settings to work better. Unfortunately , after a period of time , like 20 days or more it would have a message pop up saying to continue my service I had to pay $60 a month. This bait and switch is exactly what i didn't WANT! Sending back. I'm DONE!!!!, 4 ducks have been eaten and two baby chicks because it only shows pictures live. no film . Not what I'm looking for. Why did you pick this product vs others?: referral, unfortunately the folks that referred had recently purchased and had not been informed of the monthly fees yet Picture quality: not very good quality, tinkered with adjustments but it could never pick up the motion of the chickens Connectivity: I live in the country, for the most part good, hubby hooked up wi-fi at the coop. buffered quite often Quality: ok Size: normal doesn't work on motion sensor for small farm animals like chickens, ducks possums, it did have a couple false " fire" alarms. didn't appreciate Functionality: needs work , false fire alarmed a couple times, once when I was not home. Quite distressing. Does not pick up small animals on motion sensor Notifications: fire sensor goes off when there is not a problem

I've had these cameras up for about 9 months now and they've worked out great! The image quality in both daytime and night time is good. I have attached screenshots of one of my cameras at day and at night. I love that they have a light on them you can toggle to turn on at night. When it senses movement. It gives me a little more light when I need it. Setting up was very easy in the Arlo app. I had no issues with that. Battery life is great if you don't use the cropping or masking function in the app. When I first set them up my backyard camera was full fram and no masking. My side camera was zoomed in a bit and my neighbors yard was masked out. I was having to charge my side camera about twice as much as my backyard camera. After removing the zooming and masking the battery life is about the same. A battery chard will last a couple of months. The other reason for taking off a star is because the bracket supplied wouldn't let me angle it down the side of my house very well. I had to create a wedge to mount it to so that I could angle it better.

We have these cameras all around our home. They have a great battery life and the camera produces very clear video, even at night! The light on the camera is bright and the motion detection activation should scare anyone off- sometimes it scares me! The App is easy to use, and it’s easy to send a video to the police or anyone you need to. I highly recommend these cameras to anyone looking for DIY and affordable home security.

I love this camera for indoor or outdoor. It's my third Alro camera, and I got it because it was so easy to install and set up, it has great quality video and many great functions that bring me a piece and relieve my anxiety when I'm away from home. It can detect a person/ animal, or car in specific zones you choose. You can active the flash at night, and turn in the siren when needed. Clear video and it saves it up to 60 days. I love this camera and recommend it to all my friends.

If you’re buying this to use with Apple Home Kit don’t bother. It’s slow when it works and unlike TP Link Kasa you can’t continuously stream with constant interruptions. I also don’t like the fact you have to buy a hub to make it work with HomeKit. Although I understand why, it creates a hassle. That being said, if you’re using it with just the Arlo app, it does work a little better. Motion sensing seems like all or nothing. It detects my pool cleaner as an animal, and when turned on, I receive alerts about every 10 seconds. The pictures are not quite as clear as with Kasa or Ring. The pictures are grainy and choppy. I prefer my ring set up over this for the outside and my Kasa set up for indoors. I had hopes for HomeKit applications using Arlo, but it’s just not worth it yet. Set up is just easy any other notable brand. Features are lacking as some basics are behind a pay wall. I will keep these, as I bought them to test and to use intermittently, however, I will not be purchasing any more until functionality greatly improves.

The Essential Security Camera HD (2nd Gen) really impressed me with how clear the picture is, both day and night. It was super easy to set up, and I love that I can use it indoors or outdoors depending on where I need extra coverage. The motion alerts are fast and reliable, giving me peace of mind that my home is always protected.

Es increíble que Amazon se preste a vender productos que no son operativos en México y ellos lo saben te hacen perder tiempo y dinero ,estas cámaras no son compatibles en México y cero soporte técnico que tienen puro chat robot mega limitado una BURLA

Las cámaras como tal no tienen ningún problema, a este modelo no se les puede extraer la batería y aún no funcionan en México, una solución para esto es crear una cuenta en USA para funcionen en otro país.
