They do not make me constipated.
These iron tablets work. I have been on these for a while now. They are easy to swollow and digest. Works for me.

I have only been having these for a couple days and I’m not sure if I see any effects yet but I did feel a bit ill after taking them unsure if it’s related but okay I guess.
