Update: after taking these for about a month, there has been improvement. I was initially taking them two at a time bc thats what service size was. I have found they taste better if you take one at a time. I actually don't mind them now that I'm used to them. They do improve my drive some but I have noticed more changes in my overall mood. I feel more patient when taking this and I don't feel like I get that angry, overstimulated feeling like I often do when I don't take these. So I really like these ,I mean I really didn't take them long enough to see if it made a difference only because they do not give you enough for a month's supply, they want you to take two twice a day but there's only 60 in the bottle so you'd have to buy two bottles to take them correctly they taste really good I think they helped me a little but like I said I didn't take them long enough I planned on taking them for 3 months but I'm not buying two jars a month that's ridiculous so I hope they can help somebody else have a great day
