I did what it said to do on the bottle. Really appreciate this. This is the biggest saver of my life. My two boys loves to draw on the walls. But my little one by accident find permanent marker black one. And did a big drawing on the wall. This spray is the biggest saver for me. Its really took out all those permanent markers marks. And those marks was over 2 years old. I tried all solutions and finally worked. I'm so happy. Yes this spray has quiet bad smell, so better use it when children's not at home. Plus its leaves some strange marks after cleaning the marks. But I think after painting the wall they will be gone. As I have quiet a lot marks. I can't paint yet. So I will buy this spray again. 100% working. And yes you better use only dump cloth. As I did one mistake using magic sponge so i made a big mistake there. And its after use on the walls feels quiet sticky 😅. Well, but I don't mind as I said. I hope after painting the wall will be back to place. Let's see. I will surely give back a feed after painting walls. Summer coming good time and for painting.

Didn’t remove the ink from the leather sofa. ☹️ May work for others.

I am very happy with this product. My youngest son had accidently used a permanent marker to scribble on my white board (see pic). I tried everything including acetone - but failed. I then gave this product a try. Got immediate results. Look at my Before and After pictures. Very pleased with this product.

I used the product for removing permanent ink stains from my denim jacket and yes not a mark to be seen definitely a product to use

Doesn’t actually work so one star is one too many! I followed the instructions and it’s no use at all. Pointless purchase

The lid was lose so half the solution leaked out into the plastic bag and went everywhere when I opened the bag. The product itself does work.

Am in shock. It works. Happy days. Five stars
