This works! I still drink, but I can have a glass and be done with it. I'm drinking two glasses a day, and I think the electrolytes and cleanser are giving me some mental clarity. It tastes okay. Right now I'm thinking I'll be using this daily for a long time. I feel healthy and I don't crave alcohol, but I can still have a drink when I want one.

Seems to control cravings for alcohol, vaping and sweets. Certainly has the ingredients for control and serotonin boosters, but label doesn't show the quantity of each, just 'proprietary blend'. Taste isn't great, I mix it with a lemonade sports drink (no sugar), which helps. Price is steep, but it does seem to help to control urges to splurge.

It works for me! Started with one a day around 5 pm and cut the cravings a lot- first week I didn’t even sip on any alcohol and I am on week two and have a glass ( barely) of wine with dinner . The only thing I noticed it’s making you go to the bathroom more often , probably because I am hydrating while drinking it too. I do a mocktail” some sparking water and lime “ in a wine glass. Does the trick . Would definitely recommend. One a day though - I don’t see a need to use twice . Edit : week 4 I take still one ☝️ and seems like it still curves the desire for wine but not as strong as I first noticed. Still very good product!

I payed $20 for a 10 day supply or less than 10 day and 1 extra if I drank…. This is the second time i purchased it because I thought I didn’t give the first batch enough time. It did nothing for me except upset my stomach and make me feel really weird the first time I took it. The directions say take in the am … I work night shift and j would never take this before work because of how it made me feel. I decided a bedtime take . Took it again and again , nothing happed like the first time lucky. But it also had no effect on my “want to drink” or help curve my drinking . For those it helps great but me , absolutely nothing . $40 gone and now trying other products because 1) price point is too much for what I can afford and after attempting on a second purchase and no affect not worth my money . 2) the directions say a glass of water , that can mean 8/16/20 ounces….. I tried all 3 having only one experience which was my first which was negative… and I still tried using it with only 8 ounces because usually that’s the amount desired on tables that dissolve in water. I’m just completely unhappy with this product and upset I spent almost 20 days and $40 on this …. Like I said for you ppl that it works great give everyone else ideas on how you use it or even tell how much water you use to dissolve it and your frequency …. For me this honestly is a NO

this is a good product, tastes great and seems to help reduce the effects of alcohol....especially the day after!

Excellent. It really did work for me. Alcohol cravings decreased significantly.

Seems to work. Kind of expensive for only 10 tablets.

Love the taste and I can already notice a difference in my mood and sleep
