Delicious, healthy olive oil, at a good price. What is not to like? This olive oil has a taste unlike the others that I have bought - somewhat grassy, nice and fresh and green-tasting. For a high polyphenol oil, it is affordable. I take a teaspoon of it every night before bed, to help with sleep, sinuses and snoring. I recommend, and will buy again.

Excellent EVOO. I use the "Sizzle" almost every day for cooking, and the "Drizzle" often for salads, dipping, etc. Both are great tasting -- mild but not too mild, pleasant, no after-taste, "Sizzle" lets the food flavor shine through when cooking -- and great shelf-life (beyond the "best-by" date on the bottle). The bottles are great for controlling the pour -- best I've ever used -- can control the pour for a small amount or large amount as needed. Sizzle is generally cheaper on Amazon than the local supermarket (although the latter sometimes has it on special offer); Drizzle is way over-priced at the local supermarket and hard to find elsewhere locally at a price ≤ the Amazon price.

The oil itself is really good and super easy to pour, but I honestly don’t love that the bottle is plastic. It just feels kinda cheap for the price. Still tastes great and cooks really well, just wish the packaging felt nicer!

I made some good chiffon cakes with this stuff. Goes well with chocolate. The cakes themselves rose very well, and this was my first time ever making them. Also still enjoyable on slices of sourdough.
