Fabulous. Had been looking at the velvetiser but this does so much more. My daughter easily makes her hot chocolate with the stir mode and I like my frothy oat milk coffee, well worth it, highly recommend. Easy to clean too

Wow!!!! What can I say! I have tried so many milk frothing machines in my quest to find one that texturises milk to the perfect consistency for my much loved lattes (and with the ability to practice my latte art at home). My search is now finally over! Can't recommend it highly enough - ease of operation, milk temperature and range of frothing options is fantastic and the bonus of it being mostly dishwasher safe is just the icing on the cake 😊

I've had two of these over the past two years. The first i bought during the initial kickstarter campaign, the other just two months from the time of writing. Lets start with the good. The functionality and range of different milk consistencies you can get is second to none that i've tried. Whilst 3 mins or so may be too much for some during their morning coffee ritual i can honestly say its worth it to get what this machine produces. Smooth, hot and perfectly frothy every time. In addition, washing the metal jug is a breeze and appreciated that i can throw it in the dishwasher if needed. Now, the reason im writing this review. Both of the frothers that i have bought have broken during use. The bottom part that allows you to select your froth type stops working and no longer turns on. Both times i have had the same issue. This seems like a fundamental flaw with the product's design rather than a coincidental failure. Given my experience with the device, i fortunately took insurance out on it during my second purchase. I would strongly recommend anyone considering this product to do the same so as to avoid the heartbreak of not getting your coffee fix when you need it most. Overall a glass cannon of a product, delivering exceptional results with what appears to be a high rate of failure. Thanks for reading

On the first use the spindle inside the milk jug broke off, which means it's completely useless. Got in touch with Dreo and they said they'd send a replacement, but will take 2 months as they'll send it by sea and not airmail. What a major disappointment and doesn't make me feel hopeful that the replacement will be any better. First product from Dreo and so far has been a major disappointment :(

Magic. Heats, froths, stirs. Easy to clean.

Lovely smooth milk hot chocolate and easy to clean in dish washer. Only downside is that it isn't quite hot enough. I bought this model because of different temperature settings but still not quite hot enough for me.

I love this milk frother! Previously I'd used an Aldi hot chocolate maker, and although I was happy with it's frothing ability, it wasn't very durable - the milk would always start to stick to one side of the base & eventually it would burn on. This one has a dishwasher safe stainless steel jug, and I've never had any milk stick to it. I've been using it at least once a day for the last month. I've tried making Latte, Cappuccino & cold milk froth for iced latte, and it's been good for all. It copes with my weird mix of half skimmed milk & half barista oat milk, or skimmed milk or oat milk alone. My only issue is that when I first got it, I thought I was supposed to set the temperature on the right side of the control panel. I'd do this after choosing my milk & froth type - and I just wasn't getting any froth. Customer service told me that I shouldn't use the right side of the panel for frothing milk - that side's just for mixing powdered drinks like protein shakes or hot chocolate powder. I would definitely recommend it.

Funziona bene, certo bisogna prenderci la mano e soprattutto rispettare alcune regole per far uscire la schiuma bassa e compatta tipo latte intero, temperatura 60-65 gradi e tanta manualità. Per il resto figlie felicissime di montare la schiuma del latte.

This milk frother is what every milk frother wants to be (or…at least what I want a milk frother to be). It has a separate mixing blade for frothing versus mixing, which as it should be. I’ve had so many frothers jam when I tried making hot chocolate from cocoa powder. This frother mixes powder like a champ using the mixing attachment. The container is also removable from the base and actually attaches easily without any connection issues. Finally, the speed, time and temperature are both adjustable and customizable. There are also pre-set settings for different drinks, which makes it super when I don’t want to customize anything. The only downside is that this frother is not very compact. For something I don’t use everyday, I just don’t have the counterspace for it. But, if you have a dedicated drink station in your kitchen, this aesthetically looks great but keep in mind that it does take up quite a lot of counter space.

For some time I have been looking for an alternative to a steam wand for getting good micro foam in milk. My wife and I drink a mocha latte every day. I got decent results with the steam wand on the Breville Bambino Plus, but I wanted a standalone alternative. I had tried the Maestri House unit and several wands. The Maestri House is good at producing large amounts of thick foam for a cappuccino, but I could never get it to create micro foam for lattes. Well, the Dreo does this perfectly. It is very high quality micro foam that is smooth and silky. It has a distinct creamy mouth feel that is unmistakable. For best results use whole milk. This is a great product that does exactly what it claims to do. EDIT: 05-07-2025 Out of the box this is a great product. Unfortunately, it is built to a price point that, at least in my case, meant that its performance did not last. I have had this for about 4 1/2 months using it it almost daily, and it is no longer creating the excellent microfoam it did when new. Moreover, it is no longer even able to heat the milk sufficiently. New, I consistently got milk in the 140-150F range. Today, I measured 114F at the end of the cycle. Very disappointing. I can no longer recommend this product.
