I’ve been using The Body Reserve Chelated Iron + Vitamin C tablets for a few weeks now and they seem good. I didn’t get any stomach upset or constipation, which usually happens with iron tablets. I feel a bit more energetic and less tired. Tablets are easy to swallow too. Overall, a decent product for daily iron support.

Good iron supplement
Good quality. People with sensitive stomach, proceed with caution, do not have coffee before of after 3 hrs of iron tablets. I take it on an empty stomach and so far didn't find any issues. Definitely shows visible results. I can see that my palm has become pinkish within a week before it was pale. Increases energy levels, low fatigue.
