Why did you pick this product vs others?: This product was wrapped in a good amount of plastic. I tried to flatten it out a bit days before installation but not much helped. The adhesive is very good. Obviously thoroughly clean the surface and let dry. The only surprise was how sharp the edges were. I cut my hand in 3 places. So, wear heavy duty gloves if you can . I'm still happy with my purchase

Nice product for the price and easy to install

Arrived just the other day, and I thought, finally, I'll quit kicking and marking my white door. I unrolled the kick plate and weighted it down. After four days, it is still a tight, rolled-up piece of kick plate. Trying to unroll the silly thing will only result in bends and creases that won't ever go away. I think I will roll it back up, place it in the box, and send it back. This is not worth the work and headache to make it work.

The protective white film was difficult to remove at first, which led me to think that it was white and not black, like I had Ordered. I ordered A second one and put the “white” one on the inside and the black one on the outside. Easy to apply! Staying in place so far…

Appeared to be a good quality, but didn't use as I couldn't see how it would flatten out as it was tightly rolled.

Comes rolled up, hard to get it to stay flat on door.

Do not recommend. Comes rolled up, bent and scratches.
