After taking this a week in the evening with a tall glass of water, I too have experienced great results. It does cleanse the gut, yes, but I'm feeling incredibly awake, energized with a remarkable sense of well being I have not felt in years. I'm astonished at how good I feel and the lethargic feeling I've felt for quite a long time has gone. I haven't been tired, feeling as though I need to return to bed to take a nap, just feeling alert with a ton of clarity and energy. Just what I was seeking. It does not taste good, that's true, but it delivers a big punch with results. I have not craved sweets and my blood sugar has gone down ten points in a week, which is exactly what I was seeking. I do plan to keep on taking this!

I was very surprised from the first day I began taking the soursop, it delivered. If you're looking for something to jumpstart your day cleans, you're good and continuously cleanse you're good. Keep down blowing this. Is it along with all of the other properties that's within it, my first day. Was an incredible detox very very mild cramp. It was like 1 mile cramp and then everything was over but it might work differently on different people. Some people might not experience cramps, but in my case very sensitive stomach I did experience cramps and this is my fifth day on it and it is still the same. I get 1 mile cramp and it sends me. I didn't notice a suppression in my appetite. The taste is horrific. It's truly disgusting but the 2 tablespoons that you take and the way that your body responds. I'll do it. I do mix mine with pineapple juice or grape juice. you definitely would like to mix it with something strong or you could take it by itself. I did the 2 tablespoons by itself yesterday and you're gonna get the same effect.

Amazing product! Works wonders for it to be all natural. Normally when I use something that says all natural, it usually takes a few days to work. I took 2 tablespoons the first day I got the bottle and it worked within 5hours. The taste is horrible and very bitter I must say, desperate times cause for desperate measures. Because it worked fast and was effective, I wanted to give it 5 stars. The taste is very bitter/sour. If you are in need of a clean digestive system often please use. I normally don’t write reviews but this product deserved one.

After a couple of weeks with Serene Herbs Soursop Bitters, there is a clear difference in how light and less bloated the stomach feels, especially after heavier meals. The tradeoff is the flavor: it is very strong, bitter, and a bit medicinal so taking it straight is not pleasant at all. Mixing the does into juice or a smoothie helps, but the taste still takes getting used to, and this is probably not for anyone sensitive to bitter herbal tonics. Packaging and directions are clear, and the fact that it is a plant-based liquid with a long list of time-tested herbs is reassuring, as long as you follow the suggested serving and check with a doctor if you take medications. Overall, it earns 4 stars for real digestive support and energy benefits, with one star off because the intense taste and strong formula will be too much for some people.

This product, as everyone says, has a terrible taste but for me, after the first time, I was able to put 2 tablespoons in a small paper cup and drink it down at once. It wasn't that bad as having to taste it twice by taking it from a tablespoon. I’m used to it now and the taste doesn't bother me.

I’ve been taking this for 2 weeks and have been going to the bathroom, I don’t feel as tired. Overall, I feel better and it works. There are so many great health benefits to this products but for me, being able to use the bathroom is number 1 for me because I usually don’t go unless I make myself. The smell and taste are horrible, but it’s worth it. I take 2 tablespoons as a shot once I eat and I let it do the rest of the works. So far, so good. I would definitely recommend.

Makes you super regular and I feel has aided my weight loss (in combo with intermittent fasting and working out.) Tastes like actual stomach bile but such is life- I guess if you are one of those adults who can’t do yucky remedies because of the taste maybe this isn’t for you or maybe just get over it because I feel like the health benefits of this are worth it. Definitely give it a good shake other wise all the grainy sentiment will collet at the end- I saw one review complaining that it had gone bad but I think she just forgot to give it a good shake.
