All of the other reviews I have read about this hammer were true! I bought it for blacksmithing. I have a forge and an anvil although I will say that at this point I am very much an armature. However, and with that being said, I have been using this product for a time now and have found it to be very comfortable to hold, not too heavy for repeated usage over an extended period of time. The functionality is superb and the size is as expected according to the origional listings description. I would definitely recommend this item to others.

It would be nice if it would auto come to my hand whenever I needed it. But other than that a very well built and comfortable hammer

Great product for the demo work I was doing in the back yard. Love the dual ends and the shock absorbing handle. Chisel side truly helped to break up the concrete. Used it to break up the tile on the bbq. Weight and size was perfect for myself and my adult children to use.

Is working well but could use just a bit longer handle. Otherwise it great

It’s amazing the weight is perfectly balanced even tho it’s heavy it’s so fun to carry you don’t even care about the weight it strikes perfectly and quick due to a perfectly sized handle with a lot of attention to detail on the handle and head of the hammer your grip won’t slip and you will be able to alternate plenty of different grip positions to reduce fatigue amazing product could easily cost more be thankful it doesn’t. Last but not least it’s heavy but I did use it to make a nice zinc and copper bracelet both soft metals and I didn’t destroy the piece even the the hammer is way oversized but I’ll just be ordering the 2.5Lb aswell since this went perfectly
