Back part of the cover missing
Back of the part was missing in the water filter cover and take long time to replace the item

Cost too high compare to quality
Item cost which is 330 when i purchased is too high compare to the product quality , it consist of PVC sheet ,a chain elastic 1 ft and velcro and a black cloth at top , Velcro is also not very strong and just a small 0.6 cm X1 cm patch.

Fitting issues
The media could not be loaded. Doesn't fits properly. Too small. Can't pack chain jabe left it as it is. My purifier is hanged by screwing so it doesn't allows cover to go behind, because of it I can't cover zip. Overall wrong design.
