I like that there are three sized balls included. After using it for about fifteen minutes I feel a difference in my lungs and I'm still using the smallest ball. It gives me a great pulmonary workout. The device is easy to put together. The lanyard it comes with is very helpful in helping me to not forget to finish the exercises. The shell is quite thick and doesn't feel cheap.
