Horrible despatch packing
Only stsrted using it, working well now. What made me write now is the packing they are despstching it. The product is send as it is a cheap toy. Have a good pack of itsown and send in a good packing.

It's a very good product.
One of the must have product. Makes life hassel free. A little bit hard to understand ots operation. Instructions written on the box is not clear in explained clearly in English. Needed to be written again by someone with grasp in Language. The instructions printed on the box are not easy to understand. I could not set the timer as per my requirement.so i had to return it. It was of good quality, sturdy material.

Poorly designed product
Good product concept, but it comes with several issues. - It cuts the neutral line instead of phase when the timer expires. This is a major safety issue. - It's oversized and overlaps with nearby switches. It's not designed to the size of a standard power socket. - Select buttons are placed in an area, which is difficult to access. Markings are too small and difficult to read - Complicated timer selection procedure - No memory; need to set up time every time when it is powered on.

Good but to improve
Useful product for me, to power save tv and audio auto shut off. Worked for 6 months with TV and Audio (Total 200watrs). Later it wont go off after preset time, due to relay jam. Repaired and replaced relay module component with a better quality one (additional cost), and back to life. Need improved.

A safe product to extend your phone battery.
This product is a great choice for extending battery life in phones and laptops by powering off at set intervals (15 min, 30 min, 1 hr, 2 hr, etc.). It accepts international chargers and features a user-friendly timer that’s easy to set up with button clicks, avoiding the hassle of apps required by smart plugs. Durability is yet to be fully tested, as I've only used it for a month, but it is highly recommended.
