I bought this out of curiosity and fell in love !! The deep purple color is wonderful for turning food purple my kids love when I mix in in their pancakes bc it makes them purple ! The taste is very neutral and mild I put it in my loaded teas sometimes for a touch of color but it doesn’t take much at all and too much in a drink will give it a weird consistency but a little goes a long way ! So many uses for this I’m glad I bought this and I’ll definitely buy more great value and great product

This is an excellent product; it lacks the strong, artificial taste often associated with synthetic ingredients. Although its color is quite intense, it performs consistently—whether used in milkshakes and beverages, or as an ingredient in the Chinese-style baked goods I prepare. It does not discolor or undergo any flavor changes during the baking process.

I bought this for the health benefits but it tastes awful. I do believe it's healthy but I dread it. I have it 4 starts bc I thick is worth the push through. I know! I'm a baby!

Use it to bake some loaves and the color, taste was amazing. 100% recommend.

BEWARE- Not sure this is actually ube. It took 4 scoops to 6 oz of milk to taste anything. It’s still super faint. The color is also an indigo, and it should be a fushia color when mixed. It’s the right color as a powder.. but not when used. Odd. It’s from China so a good chance it’s fake. Won’t order again.

Used this to make homemade cotton candy flavored marshmallows purple. It just took one tiny scoop (that came with the bag) for a 9x13 pan and the color was so light and pretty. Did not add any taste to the marshmallows whatsoever.
