Wonderful! Does not upset your stomach and one can take it on an empty stomach too! There is no after taste in fact no taste at all. The tablets are very small and easy to swallow. One take on an empty stomach if you want. The price is terrific and shipping is speedy.

Very good. Pick me up better then coffee, great for those who are going through premenopause/menopause. Mood uplifted, easy to swallow even tho they are large pills. If you have small throat I would recomend it to brake it in half. If one or many came broken its still good to take, the packaging is great too, nothing came broken. I bought those before in person many many ages ago. Sure bought them broken, it doesnt mean they are bad, it depends how they are been handles in boxes. I used to work as a retailer so I know it is normal. Makes your day go positive not negative. Great to take on empty stomach.

These vitamins are good I can see the results but you have to take them for a few weeks to get into your system

Hands down THE BEST! I have tried countless vitamins but I am picky! I love the 1 pill dose that gives the amount of vitamins and nutrients needed without feeling sick at my stomach. I search for high quality raw fermented food based vitamins for the best quality and these check all of my boxes. They are a tablet form to they do not stick together nor get stuck in my throat when swallowing them. I literally noticed a difference the very next day of taking them. I also love knowing that my body is actually absorbing the nutrients and not just passing through in my urine (that bright yellow color)…..there is none of that. I have more energy, I sleep better and just feel better overall when I take these vitamins. I know they are a little pricey but they are worth it, they last longer than 1 month and to me, you can not put a dollar sign on your health!

Probably not a lot people know about this brand but I would say how much this change my overall health spice I started to take them . First thing they have calcium and vitamins K12 they high work together for the absorption . A lot of woman multivitamins from other places don’t have this . My calcium was very low and when I checked the vitamins I used to take they did not have it . As a mom of 3 and nursing I need the calcium in my diet . I could not be more happier with this multivitamin I need them every month

This supplement has many needed ingredients for my 83-yr-old body.

I like this because it has less biotin which I needed because of regular medical testing. It’s a good alternative to mega food if you need less biotin.

It provided me with sufficient energy for most of the day as I am 60. I would have preferred a little more. Its easy to swallow.

These are the best vitamins I've taken. Gives me lots of clean energy, clarity and boosts my mood. I've taken them on and off for years now and every time I start back up, I notice a huge difference in just a week. Will definitely keep taking them.

Probably the best vitamin on the market at this price point. After reading some other reviews, I’m not sure what people are expecting in terms of results? It’s a multivitamin and is meant to support your system, it’s not a miracle pill lol. I’d highly recommend if you’re looking for something to take in conjunction with a healthy diet to meet daily vitamin/mineral intake.
