Got them opened box for dirt cheap, was brand new and work great. I’ve used them about 15 times and have no complaint about them. Recommended to anyone looking to upscale from the cheap brands. It’s a good middle ground between the cheap Walmart ones and a hexclad will last a long time.

Combines non stick and stainless. Cooks like a dream.

I have been a Tfal user for long time and have been satisfied using their products. This pan unfortunately missed the mark. Everything sticks to this pan. It's not nonstick by along shot. It looks like a hex clad style pan but is does not perform like one. Tfals ultimate pans work much better. If you are looking for a hex style pan order the original.

I chose this pan due to the good reviews. I have another brand pan with similar mesh interior that I like very much but was unable to get in the size I needed so I decided to try this T-fal one. First use, coated the pan with butter and made an omelette and it stuck like crazy. I was very unhappy. Second use, I coated it with Pam spray and I had no issues with sticking at all. While I try to limit my use of non-stick sprays, it seems like it is necessary to use with this pan. I also think this pan works better with lower heat settings. It did work well on my induction cook top and on the day the omelette stuck to the pan, it cleaned up very easy.

I was planning on buying the more expensive “Celebrity Chef” endorsed version until I saw these while I was searching for those. I figured I would give these a try to see how I liked them and I was pleasantly surprised! These from what I can tell from using my Mothers more expensive ones, perform exactly the same. Heat distribution is perfect. Evenly cooks food. The quality is what I expect and the price is perfect. They are comfortable to hold and can stand the heat of an oven. Just follow the directions and season them before use and you are good to go. I hand wash them and they have not scratched or broken down in any way. I use them daily.

Non-Stick ? not even close. Even with more than a tablespoon of butter before cooking, scrambled eggs stick to these pans and has to be soaked and scrubbed off to remove it. Do not buy if you expect non-stick.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Price was great. AND YOU CAN USE METAL UTINSELS IN THEM! Ease of use: provided you read the directions for cooking in them, work great! Pan quality: Very solid and well constructed pan. Value for money: I compaired these to the expensive ones and found no difference. Heat distribution: Heat and cook evenly Works well: Definately glad I bought these. They replaced old t-fall pans. Weight: A tad heavy but work well.

I've gone through so many nonstick pans and still had a favorite old T-fal pan that I use for only crepes. Lately I've been making a daily egg white omelet, and bought a (green) pan just for it, but found that even with spraying the pan with oil the eggs would stick. The only pan I had luck with was an all-clad but it's too big of a pan for a small omelet. After watching video demonstrations I thought this Hybrid Hex would be the one for me. My first attempt was just a dry pan and egg whites - just to see what would happen. This was just a failure - the eggs stuck so much I had to scrape them out and fill the pan with some water and boil it to get the stuck parts to release. then I did the same omelet, medium heat, spraying the pan with avocado oil. This wasn't much more successful - I was able to scrape under the eggs and get some of it out cleanly, but more than half was still stuck. Very disappointing. I think this pan would be great for meat or vegetables, but for eggs it wasn't for me. I've since returned it and just ordered an 8 inch all-clad.
