I almost didn't get this b/c I became afraid after some customers complained that it burned their eyes. I thought about this for some time before I decided that it couldn't be burning eyes, or it would be taken off of the market. I took a chance. These are just fine for me and I really like these drops! What they are is COOLING and NOT burning. It felt like something more like 'menthol' which does have a 'cooling' effect. I don't think that people need to be afraid of this. Putting the drops in fely Good to me. I like this better than the brand name that I got from CVS. I like the cool feeling it gives my eyes. It's 'refreshing.' I can recommend this. My eyes feel better than they used to.

The only product I've been able to find that'll stop my eyes from watering during the day. There's no burning, so they are comfortable to put in. Definitely worth the price!

I dislike that it stings at the beginning it makes my eyes water a lot but so far it’s been working.

Bought these since I study in front of my computer for long periods of time, even with blue light glasses my eyes get fatigued. I love the cooling effect these drops have they make my eyes feel so moisturized .

Amazing product I can literally feel the cooling sensation, the tiredness fades fairly quickly. For reference I’m 54 and have been wearing glasses and had dry eyes for over 10 years. I work on a computer during the day. These drops are a game changer.

I have one eye that is worse than the other for dry eye and vision and I use both prescription drops and different types for many reasons I also get shots in one eye . I compare these to dry eye drops they worked well and weren’t too expensive

I haven't opened or used this item but I should have read the reviews before I ordered this eye drops I have very sensitive eyes and after reading the reviews I'm afraid to use it my eyes burn and I was looking for something to relieve the burning but I see now several reviews says this make your eyes burn ! I surely don't want eyes drops that will cause more burning! I hope I can return this item since I have never opened or used this eyedrops yet I already have a eye reaction to another item I bought and has caused some damage to my eyes black Jamaican castor oil for eyelashes growth damaged my eyes severely! My eye doctor is waiting for results for test results of how bad my eyes cornea is damaged and I surely don't need another item making my eyes burning worse ! By the reviews I made a big mistake ordering this eye drop that makes the burning and damaging my eye sight worse ! My vision is still blurry and it's been a week since I used the other item ,will Amazon let me return this since I've never opened or used this product, it says it's returnable But ??
