Ive had this unit for about a month now. Its easy to set up. I chose the quick start method. Intensity levels up to 10. Its super quiet, runs smoothly, and I do feel it helps w circulation as my legs aren't as fatigued and less swelling at the end of work day. It auto shuts off after 10 minutes. I usually do it 2 or 3 times bc it really feels good. Easy and plenty wide to stand on- it has little nubs on plate. I wear socks and placed a small towel over plate. Very happy w this purchase I wld def recommend this brand and good price point.

Bought this for my sister and she loves it says it give her energy and she doesn't feel stiff and sore since she started using it says she can really tell a difference my husband liked hers so well I bought a 2nd one for him but be sure you have it near something you can hold on to while you stand on it cause it can really vibrate

I have enjoyed using this vibration plate. It provides a strong vibration that feels good on my legs and joints. It is quiet. Even with the strong vibration, I was not able to feel the vibrations on the floor or furniture that was more than about a foot from the machine so I trust it is not bothering anyone downstairs from where I workout. I will say, I wish the power cord was longer so that I could move this further away from the outlet. Also, the plastic housing where the power cord inserts into the machine is cut unevenly. It's not a big deal but I did find I had to wiggle to plug back and forth to get it to move past the plastic edge and fit into the power slot. I don't think this will cause any safety issues. It's just a bit annoying if you will be moving this and will be plugging/unplugging this daily.

My wife loves it works great. But, yes there is a But. The remote just stop working . Got it in September and it's November now and the remote stop working . So now I'm in a jam.
