Good product, highly nutritional value as it provides most of the essential amino acids needed. Organic natural food which I consume diluted in a glass of water - it dissolves relatively easy. Doesn't have great taste however you get used to it after a few times.

I've used this brand for years. The barley is a go to for stomach upset. Had been an incredible help when overseas and fighting bacterial gut issues. Also any type of gut issues at home this has helped restore healthy bowel movements. I highly recommend. That doesn't mean it tastes great. It is a strong green and it's not supposed to be delicious. It does come in tablets for swallowing if you doing want to drink it.... But I could the tablets a little hard to swallow even though they are small they doing go down easy, so that's why I use the powder form. You can always add it to juice if you are sensitive to the flavor. For me the flavor isn't a big deal. I recommend this product because it works.
