I love this Power Up Premium Trail Mix High Energy. It has dehydrated pineapple, banana chips, coconut, cranberries, walnuts, cashews and papaya which are a tasty tropical mix and a great way to get a serving of nuts into my day for my health. I measure out 1/4 cup each day and slowly savor this little healthy treat. I find it a worthwhile value for the money bec it came with 4 separate bags 8 ounces each and I allow myself 1/4 cup per day so I don’t over do my daily calorie content and it’s an enjoyable way to get the nutrition of nuts into my nutritional plan. The mix and quality is very fresh. I highly recommend it to others.
