My family and neighbors love these permanent lights from Govee. The name brand Jellyfish lighting has gotten big in our state, but they are installed by others and crazy expensive. If willing to install yourself, these are amazing quality and control beautifully with the app on your smartphone. Hundreds of preprogrammed options for various occasions and holidays. You can also do a DIY mode to create/save a custom light design yourself. Installation for 50ft string took half a day (including drilling the light mounts on all of them). Zero issues in the first month with connectivity or issues with the wet winter weather.

These work really well and are compatible (with modifications) with WLED controllers. I currently use a meanwell 36v psu and a Dig Uno controller and it's been great for automation. With this combo, you can achieve a much brighter light , brighter then the pro series? Adhesive is okay, I recommend hearing the adhesive right before contact and getting rubbing alcohol cleaner to really make it stick .I ended up stapling everything up so I didn't need to worry about it. 6 months update: I've been using this daily during the holiday and I'm in a humid area. The sections connectors have connection issues. I have 2 of them that I have to climb up on a ladder and disconnect/reconnect/wiggle as the light strip will go out . It must have to do with moisture. I will try dielectric grease and hopefully they are reliable afterwards. 2nd Update Govee reached out and made it right with great customer service. I've added dielectric grease and I will update after the holiday season. Very happy with most my govee lighting products.

We absolutely love our new house lighting. Everything installed and worked perfectly. Install and app use was easy. My wife loves she can change them anytime to match her mood. LoL!! I am going to buy more of these for the rest of our house and buy the deck lights for our pergola. Honestly, these are fantastic. My neighbors have all commented on how good they look and 3 of them ordered there's after seeing ours.

I waited so long for these. I'm getting older and putting these up and down for Christmas every year was a bummer. I bought the 100' first thinking it would cover my gutters but I was off by less than 50'. I could have saved some money if I measured correctly. They look fantastic and super easy to install. Now I don't have to put these up every year. They have enough programs for any occasion. I bought Govee because of the app which was better than the others. This app runs great and I can change the mode at any time. Yea... it killed my budget for decorations but now that I see them it was worth it.
