Heliocare 360 Gel Oil-Free SPF50 -50 ml

Heliocare is a brand I’ve used before and this one did not disappoint. It’s super lightweight on the skin and sinks in nicely. It doesn’t leave the face feeling greasy and clogged up. I really like the scent too. The sun protection is adequate for daily wear. I probably would use a higher SPF if I was exposed to the sun most of the day. The size of the tube is great for carrying this around. Maybe a bit on the pricey side but good sun protection is worth it in my opinion.

When you have oily-prone skin it’s tough to find a good spf - in my experience they’re often thick and greasy formulas no matter what claims they make. Heliocare is genuinely different and has proved perfect for my oily/combination skin. And from years of use I believe it is a good, solid sun protector. I will admit to being tempted by the fluid cream version, to see if it’s a bit easier to apply. The only minor drawback of having this dry touch gel formula is it’s not super easy to massage into the skin as it quickly starts to absorb. Saying that, when you apply do make sure you give it time to “dry” on your face - although quickly absorbed it still needs a little time to mattify. So, if you have dry skin, you may struggle with the dry-touch formula; on some days I will also apply my go-to non-spf face cream underneath. Ultimately, for me personally this product is so good in almost every way that I’ve not taken the chance on the cream version! Highly recommend.

This product is really good. It is a brownish colour but rubs in clear. It leaves no white cast (good for POC) and isn’t oily. It doesn’t pile but I haven’t used it under makeup yet. On my skin it dries slightly tacky, but that goes away within a few minutes. It doesn’t break me out as I have acne prone skin. The only thing I don’t like is the fragrance. It smells artificial, but the smell does go away within 10 minutes or so. Overall a really good product, they should release a fragrance free version!

This is an easy to apply and good for your skin SPF. Spreads easily on skin and skin coloured, not white as is usual. I’ve used this for years under makeup and my skin is prettY good for a 67 year old.

An absolutely incredible, oil-free SPF that doesn't emit any form of grease or shine unlike several others I've trialed recently. It's wonderful for wearing under foundation and acts as a decent primer, although be careful not to apply foundation too quickly. I was in a rush today and ended up with some pilling on my upper lip. I'd recommend giving it a good five minutes before layering. Also due to this being a gel, it dries on the skin very quickly and becomes tacky and quite unspreadable, so I'd advise applying it via one of two methods. Squeeze one large amount and apply super quickly in one big sweep across the face. Alternatively, squeeze a small amount out several times and apply in sections on the face.

I’ve been using the this for a few weeks now, and I’m love it. I’ve got a beard, so most sunscreens either make my face super shiny or get all weird and sticky in my beard—not ideal. This one’s different. It goes on light, sinks in quickly, and leaves a nice matte finish. No greasiness, no white cast, and best of all—it doesn’t clump up in my beard like others I’ve tried. It just disappears into my skin. I wear it daily now, even when I’m not in direct sun, and my skin has been looking and feeling better overall. Really glad I gave this a shot.

Good for oily skin only issue I have is sometimes if rubbed in too much or not enough when applying foundation it does leave patchy streaks which is annoying. I will be looking for an alternative as a few times I have had to wipe off and re do my makeup.

Best SPF 50 I’ve tried — smells peachy and love, lightweight and completely Matt. It is sticky when initially applied, but it gets absorbed and goes completely matt within no more than 30-60 seconds! Doesn’t feel heavy on my face at all. In fact, it doesn’t feel like I’ve applied anything. The cream is beige colour, so it does leave a slight colour on my dark olive skin, but it really isn’t noticeable at all. I imagine it will be completely invisible on lighter skin tones. Superb SPF — highly recommended! Will definitely be buying on a regular basis.

Migliore crema solare mai provata, non appiccica, lascia il viso opaco e soprattutto non irrita la mia pelle. Ho sempre avuto problemi di impurità e acne e reagisco male a molte creme, con questa ho risolto! Per pelli tendenzialmente secche come la mia consiglio di applicare prima una crema idratante (io uso poche gocce di olio di jojoba). La crema è molto fluida e ha un colore beige chiaro tipo una bb cream, che però non è coprente e quando è quando si è asciugata non si vede più. Io sono molto chiara, non so com'è per pelli di tonalità più scura, magari tocca aggiungere un po di correttore scuro per aggiustare il colore

This sunscreen is fantastic. It has a lightweight texture, absorbs quickly, and doesn’t leave a greasy feeling. I use it daily, and my skin feels protected and smooth. No white cast at all. Worth every penny!
