I had been taking Citrus Bergamot for a couple years. It was Naomi's with Resveratrol. Then, a few months ago I looked around at other brands and decided to switch to another, less expensive but very highly rated brand. Since then, I've been hearing my blood pulsing in my ears. It's loud, it's all the time and it's making me nuts! I even bought a new BP monitor because of it. Most of the time I test out normal or what I consider+ "Great" however, a few times I've been on the first red WHO Hypertensive level. The difference between the two brands is the Grape Leaf extract, seed and Resveratrol. Both use citrus Bergamot from Italy and both claim it's of the highest quality an non-GMO. Right now I'm completely out of Bergamot, so I've decided to do my own "quasi-scientific" experiment. I'm going to order another bottle of the other one which I can get delivered today, and I've already ordered and put back on Subscribe and Save Naomi's. It won't come for another 10 days, so I'll take the other brand in the interim. Then, when Naomi's arrives, I'll switch back to it and we'll see if the pulsing in my ears stops. Forgetting exactly what Resveratrol was, I also did a little online research today. According to the Cleveland Clinic: A multitude of studies show there are definitely health benefits to taking a limited amt. Taking too much, such as a supplement on it’s own, can cause nausea, diarrhea & other gastro-intestinal issues however. Not a good idea! Better to drink a glass of wine every day to get some separately. So, after switching back to Naomi's Citrus Bergamot with Resveratrol, we'll see what happens. If the pulsing stops, I'll know what caused it and what the difference the addition of Resveratrol and grape leaf extract make for me. I'll be back on Naomi's permanently. I can do without an extra 100 calories or so for a glass of wine. One thing I don't understand with both brands is they both say they're “NON-GMO” but neither one mentions "organic". Non-GMO doesn't mean we’re not getting pesticides--it just means it wasn't genetically altered. I don't know about you, but I don't want pesticides or any other "icides" with my food or supplements. I only found one brand today on Amazon that says it's “CERTIFIED” organic.--but it's Bergamot only--no Resveratrol or grape leaf extract. We all know the supplement industry is swimming in profits, They sure as hell-o can afford to get their products certified, if they are, in fact, organic. If not, maybe they should source their plant ingredients elsewhere. Why would we want to spend good money on supplements to be healthier and poison at the same time? The FDA hasn’t done us any favors continuing to allow the use of chemicals on our food supply ( and, therefor, supplements) that have been banned in the rest of the world, or at least parts of it like the EU. And…. the FDA wonders why we’ve lost respect for them! They need to do their damn jobs and protect US —not the big chemical companies. I’ll update this review in a couple mos. when I know what happens after switching back to Naomi's.. That all said, it's just occurred to me, that I really should switch to the "certified" organic one for the interim. But…. that completely changes my test and the validity of whether my first switch to that less expensive brand caused the pulsing sound to begin with— assuming it goes away. I guess that’s the question and decision I need to make now. Do I want to stick with the non-GMO but also not organic Bergamot, just for the sake of my experiment or, do I want to go with the certified organic brand that’s better for me The 3 stars for "quality of ingredients" may go to 4 stars if the pulsing stops; but not 5 because it's not organic. '"Value for money' may go to 4 stars but not 5 either...it's still too pricey. Let's face it the Resveratrol is probably made from the solids left over after they make wine from the grapes.

I’ve been taking NAOMI Italian Citrus Bergamot with Resveratrol for about a month, and I’m honestly impressed. I originally bought it to support healthy cholesterol, but I also noticed a nice boost in my daily energy levels without any jitters or crash. It feels more like overall wellness than a quick fix. The capsules are easy to swallow and didn’t upset my stomach, even when taken on an empty one. I appreciate that it's developed by a cardiologist and includes a mix of well-researched ingredients like olive leaf extract and resveratrol — not just filler. Too soon to tell on long-term cholesterol results (I'll know more after my next bloodwork), but I already feel a bit sharper and more balanced throughout the day. Also worth noting: no weird aftertaste or side effects. If you're looking for a supplement that supports heart health and cellular function without being overwhelming or full of fluff, this one’s worth trying. I’ll definitely be ordering another bottle.
