ComplEAT Griddle, Carbon Steel, Square, Nonstick, 3.0 pounds, with Silicone-coated Detachable Handle

Excellent camping griddle. Being carbon steel it's lighter than cast iron, but has all the same strengths, the tall sidewalls are actually very useful when cooking things like sausage links or hash browns etc. You need to season this pan just like you would for cast iron, but it's simple to do, it personally used grapeseed oil because of the high smoke point and the instructions actually say grapeseed is one of the best ones but you can use others as well, the handle is super secure and easily removed if you wanted to cook over an open fire, all in all this is a great griddle for the outdoors.

Favorite camping pan. Super durable. Can cook pretty much anything on it. Over the fire, gas, stove. Doesn’t matter.

We loved this griddle on our propane stove while overlanding Labrador. Just the right square size, and the removable handle is sturdy and easy to fasten and remove. Cleanup is a breeze with the non-stick coating.

I seasoned this pan exactly like the oven seasoning directions say. It turned out perfectly non-stick. It’s a great size and I use it for everything as long as there’s no strong acids involved. I had to knock off one star though because it’s not perfectly flat and scrambled eggs run to the edges.

This pan has almost everything going for it! The depth and walls are ideal for a camping pan. Not too big to be a hassle but not too small to have to cook twice. The handle is very solid and locks in securely. The pan is STURDY. I expected something flimsy and super light. The basting lid is also very nice and helps with fire cooking. But there’s no way to secure the lid to the pan. Nothing to attach it to while storing the handle. It’s just loosely on top. If this had a latch for the lid for storage or even a bag that cinched up around it when in a bag. It’s seriously my only gripe and not a huge deal. Perfect do it all pan for truck camping.
