This was delicious! I usually buy in the grocery store the refridgerated version of this. These are shelf stable compared with the refrigerated version that is thinner, this is smoother and creamier to me. I like that this is not too thick or gummier and I am so grateful they have a perfect recipe without adding in unecessary fillers. This is pure almond milk that is more concentrated than the refridgerated version. I am not using it for a creamer but as a thick milk that is on the creamy side and it pairs well with hot teas and cocoa. This is perfect for my diet that is primarily plant based whole foods without added oils, sugars or fillers. It is NOT watery. Love it!

I have been drinking Califia Farms Organic Almond Milk for a few years and the quality always has been good to excellent. I appreciate that it has only three ingredients: organic almonds, water, and sea salt (no gums! yeah!), tastes delicious, and unopened, can be stored without refrigeration for months. The info on the carton states it should be refrigerated and consumed within 7 - 10 days after opening. Seven days seems too long for me. It's usually used up in a couple days, so I don't actually know if it is still good a week after being opened. I don't drink coffee, but I do drink tea, occasionally, and have not noticed any separation into small chunky pieces in hot tea. Shipping packaging materials have been average to very poor, but when one order did arrive damaged with leaking cartons due to the shipper and/or lack of adequate package materials, Amazon customer service was courteous and efficient, quickly replacing the damaged order within 3 days.

These are great almond milk especially if you need the fridge space. They can be stored with the dry goods until you open them. There was zero sugar with the unsweetened version. Honestly these are sweet enough. They didn’t leak either.

I am giving this 5X because the quality of the product is so high and the convenience and size of the non refrigerated containers makes them easy to store and I can purchase 6 at a time. There are only 3 ingredients and also organic. I don’t know how they do it but they do. BEWARE of this. I purchased 6 to hopefully cover me until mid November. Came on Sept 28, with an expiration of October 2025. The previous 6 I purchased came with an expiration of November 2025. When buying this product on Amazon, you do not have control of expiration dates, just keep this in mind when purchasing 6 at a time. HIGH QUALITY almond milk…the best in the market in my opinion.

While I appreciate the ingredient list and the lack of gums & "enrichment" vitamins/preservatives, this seems more watery than the refrigerated version by the same brand. The big bottle is creamy & delicious, so I'll probably stick to that and only keep these cartons for when I'm in a pinch.

Absolutely delicious! I love that I can now have cereal again or anything really that requires milk. This has been a game changer for me!

This is a very bad product to purchase, I think. The Almond milk does taste good but the cartons it comes in is the problem. After you unscrew the top and try to pull out that second stopper that's where the trouble is. It is so tight that the tabs break off and then I have to get a sharp knife to cut out the stopper. With the stopper removed and the cap screwed back on and I try to shake the container, milk splashes out of the neck of the spout which is not sealed very good after fighting with the stopper. While trying to pull out the stopper the neck of the spout lost it's seal. Then milk goes everywhere. This is the same problem I'm having with every carton I've tried to open. Now, I cut my remaining 3 cartons open and pour the milk into a glass jar with a screw on top. Should I have to go through all this trouble? I'll never purchase this product again. Is anybody out there having this problem or is it just me? I have switched from Almond milk to Oat milk by OATSOME ORGANIC ORIGINAL OAT DRINK. I think it's less expensive and taste better and is organic and no trouble with the spout or the stopper. I'm willing to bet that nothing will be done about this problem and no one will give a hoot. Wish I had a smart phone to take a picture of this mess.
