(I did read some reviews that mentioned spiked blood pressure levels so keep that in mind when you read this....) My BP went down to normal from the average of about 139/88. I've been on blood pressure meds for over 15 years. Before that I never had hypertension. The weird thing? It only took THREE DAYS on this stuff! AND I'm only taking one pill a day (because, well, I'm cheap), while the directions say to take 2 to 6 times as much. Also, I've had trouble sleeping regularly for about 17 years (about the same time my BP got so high) which eventually led to severe anxiety and depression. I truly always believed if I could just stabilize my sleeping patterns I'd do so much better in other areas. This has also greatly improved -- that is to say, I'm sleeping at night again and in longer chunks of time. It's only been a about 10-ish days so I'll keep taking and get back to you with an update. I'm going to start a health journal to track the progress, if there is any. Expect that update in about 6 months.... putting it on my calendar to do it, because I, too want to see if the improvements keep up, and what else it will do! OK, TWO MONTH UPDATE. I'm up to 3 supplements a day -- 1 with my am meds, 1 about 3pm, and the 3rd at my nighttime med time. My BP isn't normal, (so I still have to take my meds), but it's remaining very close to normal and occasionally dips down to normal. I haven't done anything differently, except obviously increasing to 3 a day instead of one, AND drinking lemon water everyday. When I say the BP's aren't "normal", systolic (top number) is still in the 130's, while the diastolic has definitely come down to normal = 70's. I'm on here to buy more, so I thought it would be a good time for one of those updates I promised. 6 MONTH UPDATE. So, for the first time I ran out before getting my next supply. However, before that, my BP was normal (BOTH systolic AND diastolic) about 5 days a week which meant I only had to take my meds about 2 days a week! ALSO, I never could remember to keep taking that afternoon pill, so these mostly normal readings were on just 2 pills a day. Full disclosure: I couldn't seem to remember the lemon water either, so THAT didn't happen regularly. ALSO, I did start an OMAD (one meal a day) diet, which truth be told, isn't really what it's name implies. I eat pretty much whatever I want in a 6 hour period everyday. For example I skip breakfast, eat lunch at noon, and dinner at 5pm, making sure my last bite is before 6pm. Sometimes I eat in 4 hours, sometimes I cheat and eat in 8 hours, but mostly I eat in 6. Sometimes I cheat worse 😂 and eat outside that window I'm supposed to eat. So, ya know... I'm human. It's been 3 days since I ran out of my greens tablet and both days since, my systolic has been high -- back in the 130's the first day, and even into the high 130's the next. I can't wait for my new bottle to get here! It's due today. I'll get back on here to tell you if it went back down and how long it took to go back down. Currently I'm assuming I'll have to take this the rest of my life to keep good readings, but if I'm going to be tethered to pills I'd MUCH RATHER take this than meds! Putting another reminder in my calendar.... OKAY, SO I WAS A LITTLE LATE.... But it's good news. My BP came back down after taking three a day. I had to do it for about 3 weeks. And now it's more often I have been able to skip the meds. For instance this week (writing this on Tuesday) I have NOT had to take my BP meds once,...not Sunday, Monday, or today. I'm hoping this trend will continue! This'll probably be my last update, but if things change, like I have to take more to get the same results, etc, then I'll be back. Good luck! I hope your results are as good as mine have been!

This is a supplement that contains extracts from various types of fruits and vegetables (e.g., blueberries, carrots, red bell peppers, raspberries, garlic, and the like), as well as green (e.g., kale, spinach, and various grasses). The blends are proprietary so it does not tell you how much of each you are getting, nor does it give a specific breakdown of vitamins and minerals. But, assuming their labeling is legit, you are getting some of the nutrients that would be very hard to get through just a whole-food diet, especially if you are not a big fan of eating the actual foods (minus the fiber eating the actual foods would give you). There are 60 tablets in each bottle, with a serving size being two tablets, so the entire bottle has 30 servings. The directions are to take two tablets 1 to 3 times daily, preferably with meals. The tablets are reasonably sized and easy to swallow. And, they do not have any noticeable aftertaste. This is definitely more reasonably priced than other similar supplements and you can set it up as a subscribe and save item to have it sent to you monthly.

Good alternative to more expensive supplements. They taste like healthy greens. I don't know how much they actually improve my health but I am rarely sick so I assume they are making a positive difference.. I know I don't eat as many fruits and veggies as recommended.
