The product is so nice. Makes your hair feel good and clean ! The only disappointing thing is every time I order its comes to me half gone because it leaks when shipped! I have taken it on trips and it leaks! Please find a way to save this product !! Both shampoo and conditioner. Thank you.

Great shampoo for thin hair

I love this product. The shampoo and conditioner leave hair very soft and shiny, and preserve the color very well. The only reason that I did not rate this 5 stars is the packaging. The last shipment that I received leaked and half the product was missing, so I returned it. I don't understand why the bottles are not sealed, or why they can't be taped shut before shipping so that the product will not leak out.

Goldwell prodrucks are amazing and this is no exception. Doesn't dry my hair out and lathers well. Really love it!

My salon uses this shampoo and I fell I love with how it made my hair feel. It doesn’t stop it of color and extends time between recoloring. Plus it smells great!

Product was received in good order and it was plastic wrapped so it didn't leak. Its my favorite shampoo, I have fine color treated hair. It gives it nice body and a nice sheen and it does help with color fade. It does not weigh down my hair. I also use the Goldwell color conditioner (smaller than a pea size for my short hair).

Not the real product in the bottle. I’ve been using this product for 2 years straight now. Consistency is off, the smell of the product is off, WAY OFFFFF!! And the lather of the product isn’t normal. Would appreciate if Goldwell, the company itself would put seal tabs on the tops of their products to ensure nothing can be tampered with and/or that they don’t go bad. I know it’s not astronomical pricing but why they have stopped is beyond me. (Money move to save in production) I won’t even be returning the bottle either.. considering there is a chance it could or would be resold to another customer and not marked as defective. Not a person to write reviews but this was too horrible not to. Go to the salon and buy it from an actual retailer.
