Very gentle and effective. I have serious issues with my stomach and this helps so much. Aids in digestion and replenishing gut flora to help "get things moving". A good mix of pre and probiotics along with vitamins... a definite in my daily routine. I could NOT go to the bathroom w/o laxatives n stool softeners for awhile (NOT good to take daily) and my Dr recommended this along with Psyllium fiber and it's been a game changer for me. Laxatives went in the trash and I'm moving regularly everyday now. My gut Feels SO much better!! No taste or smell. So easy to swallow

I reorder these regularly and take them daily. I had c-diff a few years ago and ended up septic with colitis, so probiotics are incredibly important to me. The one probiotic that's been clinically proven to protect against c-diff is S. Boulardii, which is in these. They're a great value, save effort because they don't need to be refrigerated like many probiotics, and don't have any strange tastes or aftertaste.
