Takes a bit to warm up but does a great job and easy to clean! The wax is also very nice and works well Giving 4 stars because the wax can cool and harder on the sides while the unit is on

The wax itself is great, but the heater is a disaster. It overheats like crazy — I had to keep turning it off and waiting for the wax to cool down just to avoid burns. Full body waxing took forever because I was constantly waiting. Either I got a faulty device or the design is just terrible. Super frustrating experience. But again - the wax is great!

Good wax! Good cost! But the wax tends to harden around the sides of the pot and doesn't melt the wax evenly. I will probably buy the wax again but I am looking for a better melting pot.

The device is small—essentially just a little plate with a silicone cover on top. There’s nothing in between and no temperature control, only a simple on/off switch. It took almost two hours to melt one bag of wax, and the wax that came with it is extremely poor quality. On the plus side, the included sprays and lotion are decent, it’s compact and not messy, and the silicone bowl is a nice touch. However, the wax itself is terrible, there were visible distress marks on the bottom of the bowl after just one use, and the lack of heat control is a major drawback.

Great starter kit. It has everything we needed and works really well. Have been pretty pleased with the use and results.
