Door does not tightly close When we open the door make some noise

Doesn't work. There is a problem with the temperature. The door is not tight enough to hold the hot temperature as a result the cake doesn't bake properly.

Ok, so To all the customers out there, Let me keep this straight and Simple to understand, Its an OTG Electrical Oven, which has toasting and Grilling Facility.. Its Not a microwave Oven, For those Who want to reheat the food quick within 30sec, thats not possible. To make you Understand the Machine: it has 4 Rods located 2 on Top and 2 on Bottom, Which Heats and turns to red molten one once it achieve the temp. Which you have set in knob.(refer Image). NO Stop Button (Cons), rest all Good. So its a perfect machine for Toast, Chicken grill, panner tikka, Grilled foods and Rotisserie. You Cannot place a plastic object inside at any Cost as its a Oven and plastic may melt once attaining a certain degree temp. So reheating on a plastic utensil is ruled out, Glass is subject to own Risk and Metal yes You can Use as its Just Heat waves Metal utensils will serve the purpose(Cautious while taking out as it will be hot-No bare hand handling)..... Its a great product for those who want an Oven for Grill , Toast and Rotisserie purpose as its the best OTG with a branded company with OTG facility.
