I gave them a couple of weeks to work and they have helped. I honestly felt like they began helping me after only 2 or 3 doses. They’re small enough and easy to take and swallow. While I can smell the oregano when I open the bottle, I have not had any ill effects or aftertastes when taking these. I have taken them with and without food; it’s the same either way. On bad days of my acid reflux, I have taken an additional softgel. The recommended dose is 1 per day. You get almost a year’s supply for this price, which is not too bad. I will likely order these again when I am out since they work better for my acid reflux than my prescribed medicine did when I was taking it. I prefer natural treatments anyway. They have other benefits too, so I recommend these.

These pills are easy to swallow, not too big and not too small where you get enough of the oregano oil. They are packaged well and the quality is good. Since taking them I feel better and believe they are effective in keeping me from getting sick. The best part is that my stomach is not upset from taking them. For the price, quantity and value I will definitely be ordering more.

This is a phenomenal product. Regular oregano oil works well for killing off germs in a solid cold/flu season, but Oregano oil w/black seed oil for the win... the added black seed oil makes all the difference.

Oregano is a very good natural supplement for your immune system. I noticed less colds during the year.

Easy to swallow, all my children can take it with ease. You can certainly taste the oregano and it is boosting our immune system and helping to defend against sickness like I hoped it would.
