Pros: - Price for what you get, normally have seen similar for 2-3x - Has pretty much every major muscle group covered - Smooth pulley actions (I greased each one on assembly) - Peck deck has good range of motion - Leg press is great, though time will tell if backrest holds up to pressure - Best instructions I've seen, i.e. bolts, nuts etc are grouped according to step # (brilliant), very much needed as this took my son and I 2.5 hrs to put together, I'm well versed in building stuff - There are a LOT of pulleys, focus well when stringing or you'll be redoing, but that lends to very smooth function. bearings in pulleys appear to be good quality Cons: - my son is 5'7", any shorter could have issues with seated upper body (peck deck, fly's) - Weight selection is strange, all of the numbers in lbs until last one at 150 lbs is odd, i.e. 8.8 lbs?

I am on it for 7 hours but trying to assemble . There is no phone number but only e mail. I regret buying this. No vedio or anything like that. Instructions very poor.

If you are looking for a home gym with a minimal footprint, this should be your next purchase. My daughter and I assembled the machine in a few hours and the hardware packaging was labeled per step, included the wrenches and allens, super easy assembly, but good to have a second set of hands to help. My only con would be a little more weight, or an option to add more. Still a 5 star product.

Missing a part from my package (B1). Otherwise, I am liking the machine.

It did take me about 7 hours to put it together. For someone that has never put anything together, it will probably take longer. It would of been nice to have written instructions, along with the pictures. My husband has a harder time doing the leg lifts. The Pads could be bigger. Also, the weight list on the side of the frame are not the correct amounts. The top weight, that you don't put a pin in, weighs 8lbs, the other plates weigh 13lbs. It would of been nice to get a poster to show what exercises you can do and how to do them. 2 of the caps came broke. I emailed them and at first they answered. Then they stop answering me. I sent them a picture of the pieces and twice they told me they did not get the picture. When they finally said they got the pictures, they told me that the parts were not in the warehouse. Hopefully I will get them. I just emailed them again about putting the pin in the last weight. The nut and bolt are to close to the hole to put it in. Have no heard from them yet.

Use it 5 days a week. Was a little time consuming to put together but I love it.

Did not come with bolts and weights, instructions so I don't know what I don't have.

The directions were good. It definitely takes a while to put together. I'm older with arthritis and need to keep up muscle function, so this machine is working out perfectly. Seems sturdy and easy to use. Wish there was a bit more detail on using each feature but would definitely recommend for the money.
