First thing let me say this thing is the absolute skating knife I've ever had maybe sharper than my dad's old ass filet knife. And that out of the box! I have the 3 piece Huusk knife set and I need a pairing knife so why not get this one. It's beautiful, sharp, and built like a Hammer!

It’s dangerously sharp and makes you look like an expert filleting fish because it’s so easy to cut with. I receive compliments filleting at the dock but it’s only because my knife is so sharp. Extremely sharp! Don’t make a mistake.

The Huusk Damascus Nakiri 7inch I received was absolutely what I expected. It was hair shaving sharp and cut fish fillets into nuggets and rib eye beef for cheese steaks superbly. I recommend and hope all who do purchase this knife have the same results.

Good quality and size. Blade is sharp but thinner than I’d expect for a cleaver. Havent tried chopping meat to see how the blade hold up

When I first took it out the box I didn't think it was that sharp and was going to return it. Then I tested it on a couple things and it cut with ease. I'm satisfied and may buy another. Hope it lasts or may sharpen it later if necessary.
