This product already has a lot of reviews, so I'll try to add something useful. Earlier this week I bought a different product from a different brand, that claimed to do more or less the same as this one. The difference was that one was £169 and cordless. That was my first ever return to amazon. So I bought this one and even after a few hours, I can say the experience is completely different. The little green is easy to use and set up, and except for adding water and shampoo it's ready to go the moment it comes out of the box. I can't say anything about durability, but I did just clean a small sofa and I can say that the water in the waste tank is gross - which is a sign the machine is doing it's job. Where the other device was heavy and awkward to use, the cleaning attachment is light weight and easy to maneuver, allowing you to scrub at the stain, and the spray nozzle allows you to add more shampoo if needed. The main body of the device is relatively lightweight, but might be too heavy for some users, such as my older mother - I don't think that's a flaw so much as an expected factor for what the machine is and does. I only have two slight complaints. First, the hose: it's just a little too short. With the main body sitting on the floor, I couldn't reach the top of the back cushion of the sofa and had to lift the machine. Given it's an upholstery cleaner, it would have been nice to have just an extra 20cm on the hose. Second, it does leave things really wet. This isn't a Deal-breaker for me, but compared to my Vax carpet cleaner (not the returned device), which is about 20 years old, it leaves a lot of moisture behind. Don't clean anything you plan to use in the next 12 hours... Edit after a month: I still can't say anything about durability at this point, but this little machine is working magic on this reforming hoarder house. Carpets that suffered years of neglect are coming up absolutely great, going from nearly black to vibrant reds and blues. The sofa has its colour back and is soft again. This morning I spilled an extra large mug of tea on my new mattress and, though there's no getting my lovely tea back, the Little Green cleaned up the spill in minutes and a few minutes with a hairdryer left the mattress ready to be made up again. Overall, it's a great little machine that happily tackles everything from new stains to those that, were they people, would be about to start their GCSEs

I wish I had done a before & after photo because this little green machine is a mean green machine!! I’m so impressed! I’ve had other spot on machines by top brands & this is by far the best & cheapest! Drying I’m yet to find out as I have only just finished & had to jump on to leave a review. You get the black narrow nozzle for hard to get to places which is perfect for skirting corners (other machines I’ve not had this) so it’s a nice touch. Not overally noisy & no leaks. I used this on the back door mat to start as I have a dog who has made it muddy 🙄. As you can see by the water & the after photo of the mat it’s come up like new. Just checked the mat & only feels slightly damp now. *just a tip when you open the bottle of carpet cleaner you will see a seal of the top, see photo only pierce the small hole on that seal, leave the rest in tact. This stops it leaking afterwards. I was not paid for this review it’s just my honest opinion of this amazing little green machine!

Very good for the money. Small and compact, easy to use and store. Not keen on the instructions but muddled through. Touch wood, no problem with leakage . My carpet was more grubby, than dirty, and this lifted it nicely. Also, very easy ro clean, unlike others I have used.

Having purchased the larger rug doctor version previously and been disappointed I returned it and bought this little machine. It just looked so cute ! My first use was to remove a stain but it was so quick and easy I decided to do the whole rug and was both horrified and delighted at the amount of crud that came out of it. It remains only a little damp and looks bright and clean once again. Very pleased. I also love the little gadget to use at the end to clean everything through, ready for next use and also that the plastic head cover comes off in order to clean beneath it where solids get trapped. It's light, very effective and small enough to store in a cupboard. One of my better purchases. I wholly recommend.

I've owned and returned 2 similar machines of different brands, and apparently all I needed all along was a Bissell. This lovely little Green machine is excellent, not as noisy as other ones I've used but just as strong and does the job well. No leaks, very lightweight to carry round/up and down staircases. The solution that comes with it smells lovely too. Have already recommended this very machine to a friend.

Ok product, but I returned mine after having tried it on carpet and upholstery, including a velvet couch. There were some stains that it reduced the appearance of slightly, but it didn’t manage to actually remove any fully. I wasn’t impressed! It was easy to put together and use, though there was some leakage from around the spraying mechanism. Suction is really good, but the areas I treated still took at least 12 hours to dry.

On filling the tank and re-attaching, immediately started leaking all over the floor leaving a trail of soapy water. We persevered, having cautiously decided to initially test this on two cushion covers in the kitchen, where the wet floor wasn't such an issue. After trying both cushions, we ended up with a tiny bit of dirty water in the second tank, sodden cushions, and almost zero cleaning. I'm struggling to understand how so many reviewers can have loved a leaking product that doesn't clean - I can only assume the one sent to us was faulty. I'm definitely not prepared to take another chance though, so I'd advise caution on buying this model.

What a life saver 🥰. Iv just had an expensive light beige carpet laid. My husband 🤡 knocked over white eggshell paint 😡 today! Luckily he bought me this machine for Christmas 🎄. My carpet looks as good a new. From the cleaning ability, suction and power, this was 💯 value for money.

I have only used this today for the first time and it leaks water everywhere to make matters worse I’m out of my return time frame even though I only removed it from the box today.

Too much water released and poor suction leaves area being cleaned soaking wet and takes ages to dry.

I love this little machine. Works great to clean carpets, rugs, and furniture. I wish the battery lasted a little longer. You only get about 15 minutes at a time but that’s long enough to spot clean and by that time you’re ready for a break from bending over. Nice and portable and it’s great to not be attached by a cord. Be careful not to let the dirty water reservoir get too full or it will overflow and leak out of the bottom but if you keep an eye on it you’re good. Has a lot of sucking power and the brush lets you scrub hard at stains. Very easy to use just rinse out the reservoirs before putting away and give the hose a good shake out.

I bought this portable carpet and upholstery cleaning machine after trying to potty train my puppy. I love this machine for its size and functionality. It’s small and easy to carry and store. Plus, it gets the job done. I will say the suction isn’t as strong as I would like it to be. However, it was worth the money. My Puppy had an accident on my rug. I dabbed it with a paper towel. Used enzyme spray and then used this cleaner with a bissell pet owner solution. Within twenty minutes the stain was removed and the rug was dry. I was thrilled with the cleanliness of the rug. This will definitely become a lifesaver with any accidents on thicker carpets. Plus, the attachments are easy to clean.

Highly recommend this cleaner, wish I bought it sooner. I first tried using a cheaper product but this one works so much better. Bissell is definitely a brand you can trust. The machine comes with a small bottle of cleaning solution which was helpful and convenient to have. I was staying at a rental for an extended period of time and the couch seemed questionable. I felt much more comfortable and at ease after cleaning the couch with this Bissell. I found it easy to use, though it does take some time if you are cleaning something big like a large couch or rug. If you see this on sale, grab it!
