Easy to use, great customer service.
I purchased the Dupray Neat Steam Cleaner in June of 2023. It is beautifully designed, easy to use, excellent results . . . using just steam and no harsh chemicals, it cleans and disinfects. It comes with several attachments, I primarily have used the floor attachment (ceramic tile). I have a small dog and he tracks in dirt. I highly recommend this product for anyone interested in not just getting your floors clean, but disinfected too.

Hamburger Helped me with combating mystery flea infestation.
I’ve been battling a flea problem for months. Spent $300 on my own methods and $600 on a professional extermination. Maybe $200 more on other prevention items. The issue was so extreme that my home was unlivable and was told to find other (temporary) living options until this was resolved… For 3 months, my home had many extermination attempts and the fleas should be starved and eradicated due to no other living mammal being in the home. I’ve tried so many things, even freezing them out (a/c on high, open windows with freezing temps outside..) Not sure how this all happened in the first place considering my cat is regularly treated and mostly outdoors (yard treated as well). I’ve lived in my home for 3 years and never had an issue until months ago. The infestation seemed to be under control, but I still found fleas after everything. So far, my method below has been working well. Shipping took a while longer than expected, but when it arrived, I had some hope this would do the trick. I’ve done a lot of research on temperature killing points and the what might break the “glue” substance that binds bug eggs to surfaces. A lot of mixed information, I’d say it’s safe for anything above 250F. Dupray steamer gets to 275F and there’s another product they have that reaches 320F. Because of this, I gained some confidence that this is the one tool that would provide me with the upper hand at combating the fleas. While using this steamer, I noticed fleas jumping onto me (to try and survive?). Put me in a panic but reminded myself that this is doing its job. Using the white microfiber cloth provided was great because I could see how many fleas and other bugs this was killing. Even after killing my back and scrubbing the floors with PineSol, sweat, and tears, Dupray steam cleaner removed much more dirt. Being slightly physically disabled, deep cleaning is already a hassle, but this makes it so much easier with the extension arms. I do think a way to view water levels would be helpful and a temperature gauge would be a great feature on this product. Regardless the functions are durable. For anyone combating bugs (in this order): bag up all bedding and clothing to wash -dryer on high for about 10-20 minutes to kill any fleas. Wash everything- Premo brand laundry additive, soak clothing and bedding with this for about 15 minutes before washing and then wash with more of the additive. Helps keep the bugs away and off bedding and clothing. Vacuum everything -A good quality Shark vacuum (anything with a HEPA filter that intakes debris and doesn’t push it back out). Make sure to keep the vacuum running for about 10 minutes AFTER use to make sure the fleas or bug are really in the canister. Empty canister outside your home and tie the bag tightly after. Spray- Black Flag flea and tick spray. It’s potent so I recommend wearing a mask while spraying and leaving the home for a while. I sprayed literally everything. Wondercide has been recommended too for a less toxic and more everyday preventative, but I have not tried it yet. Vacuum again after about 24 hours of the spray odor has left the home. Just giving it enough time to set in.. STEAM -This Dupray steam cleaner, on everything. Use the white microfiber cloth provided so you could see what it’s all picking up or just anything white that will collect debris. Right after steaming sofas or other fabric types of furniture, use the Bisslle Hydrosteam upholstery cleaner while dirt is still “broken up” from the Dupray steamer. The Bissell does not at all have as hot of steam as the Dupray, but it’ll help get the furniture extra clean and pick up any dirt or bugs that the steamer could not (all about the suction on the Bissell). And DON’T get complacent. Depending on your level of infestation, repeat anywhere from daily to once a week until you feel you are completely bug/flea free. Pets: I was treating my cat with a super simple generic topical from the local feed store and Adam’s brand Flea shampoo. After finding out about this whole flea ordeal, I did more research and started to treat my cat with a combo of an oral and a topical -Capstar & Cheristin at the same time. But please speak to your vet first! My cat is a chonk (Maine Coon) and I wanted to tackle this from all angles, but safely. On top of all the bug issues this has helped with, it really does the deepest clean without any toxins or chemicals.

A must have - forever
This is a must have for me now. My husband got me it after we bought a new house and I had been wanting it for a year or so but always talked myself out of it. It ended up being perfect. I got this cart to put it on top of and store all it's pieces and cloths in. I drag this thing around with me everywhere. I can clean 3 rooms with it typically before needing to refill. But I use it for everything. I'll clean my cabinets and counters and then switch on the floor attachment and clean the kitchen floor then go clean the livingroom floor and switch attachments and clean the big glass door and then switch and clean my kids yogurt off the rug. I'd definitely recommend getting this specific cart. It fits perfectly snug and it makes the use of the actual steamer way easier. It has a spot for everything, the clean rags and bonnet have their own shelf on mine that I use the wooden top cover on to cover them and keep them clean. The bottom is where the large attachments go and ill throw my dirty ones there while im cleaning and them take them to the wash right after. Definitely get a pack of bonnet and it'll quickly become ur favorite cleaning tool. I haven't needed to buy more of the floor pads because 3 has been enough for me. I usually clean 3 to 4 rooms at a time and by the time im ready to do another round of rooms ill have them clean already. If you don't have a washer and dryer, u can hand wash them, but if ur not going to do that then buy twice as many as you think you'll need. I know because when I didn't have this and didn't own a home and lived in a 800 sq ft apartment there still was never enough rags in between laundromat visits. But if u have a wash and dryer- 3 floor pads should be fine and an extra pack of luke 12 bonnet is good. Keep a towel on the cart if you don't want to wait for floors to dry too! The steamer has wheels, but this way let's u have everything all together in the area ur using it constantly and then when ur done wrap the cords up onto the hooks and ur done. Stick it in the closet til u need it again. I have a set of 14 stairs in my house and it's light enough even on the cart that I can easily carry it up and down. Everything being compact like this let's me use it whenever I want without it being a whole ordeal. If I know my livingroom or my bedrooms are gonna need cleaning I still and start it up ahead of time to make sure by the time im ready to go its already good and ready too. This has saved me soooo much money already too on cleaning products. I only have one enzymatic cleaner I need now. I buy a gallon of that every 3 months and im good to go. So it's definitely worth the purchase. This is becoming a 3 item/part review. Lmao Oh and I needed to replace the cap because the gasket broke and when I had a hard time finding a replacement I called the Dupray (I cant remember the names spelling) customer service and got to speak woth a human. She asked me what part of the knob was broken and I told her "the rubber ring" and she got me the oart nu.ber so that I could just get more of those instead of replacing the whole cap. Super helpful!!! 👌 10 stars from me. When this one finally does break (🤞 long live the king) ill be back for another one for sure.. Last thing- my son dropped it one time and it lived. So it's durable! Lol

Barefoot Ready Floors & CLEAN EVERYTHING
Will update video (I had just run out of water) Added a photo tho (it’s night and dark ☹️) One of the best things I’ve purchased for home cleaning. we are emptying our belated mothers home. Cleaning against long term storage, dust, cats and dogs and their old fur and soil, storage. And not just that it is a large open floor plan with LOTS of GROUTED TILE FLOORING! this has been a dream come true, to not only clean but disinfect and renew. SUPER LIGHTWEIGHT SUPER EASY TO USE — INTUITIVE DESIGN — TURN ON AND GO I spent a couple months researching before k finally purchased the Dupray. ‼️YOU WANT TO GET THE ACCESSORY BUNDLE! I looked around and purchasing separately AT BEST will cost the exact same—at best. It turns this thing from a single mop to an entire cleaning machine, we’ve steamed the couch (dried up cat hairball throw up finally broke off. It’s like that yall 😂💯) I’m 85 lbs and unfortunately battling health probs that affect my mobility strength energy etc, so I couldn’t be more thankful for its lightweight, it’s 360 middle wheel. The steam power is great. We are slowly but surely going thru 2000 square ft of grout that hasn’t been cleaned properly in over a decade. I could go ON AND ON. 💕THANK YOU DUPRAY YOUVE CHANGED MY LIFE! I highly suggest going to their website, & real house keeping (? U know the one) : the professional product reviews and videos were such a help in knowing what to expect, how to use, and what to choose.

I'm Glad I Purchased The NEAT!
UPDATE I've been using the NEAT for some carpet cleaning jobs (quite a few actually) and it has been great so far. I've been able to clean two and three bedroom apartments, and small homes with one fill of the reservoir, and actually haven't run into a situation where I've run out of steam and had to refill, so the runtimes ar actually really good. The amount of steam, and the dryness (?) has been fine for what I've used it for, and when you pause to allow it to reheat (which isn't really necessary, I just do it when I move the unit) it generally is ready again in less than a minute. I've been using the floor cleaning pads to clean carpets by putting some elastic hair ties around to keep the pad from being able to move, and it glides smoothly over even thick carpets, and generates plenty of heat (remember that this is a contact steamer, so a few inches away from the nozzle the steam is actually cooled quite a bit, so it's best to use attachments that keep you in direct contact to what you are cleaning). So below is my initial impression of the NEAT... I purchased this and it arrived in less than a week. It was in one well packed box, and the unboxing experience was fine. I noticed it had a swivelling floor nozzle, unlike the rigid one earlier reviewers had complained about, so it can easily maneuver to get behind and around toilets and other fixtures when cleaning. All of the individual accessories seem to be of high quality and fit well together and overall the NEAT has a nice modern appearance. The white color has a good durable look to it, and it will be easier to keep looking clean than some other brands in this price range with more contours and crevices that will trap grit and look shabby after a while (this is important for me as I use equipment in customers homes, and having your cleaning equipment looking shiny and new lends to your appearance, so hard to keep clean equipment makes more work for me to maintain it). It got to operating temperature in under 8 minutes, and even when used with the trigger lock on maintains adequate temperature and pressure and recovery time is fast enough for me. I used it for floors and carpets and it worked great. On carpets I found the floor pads work best as they simply glide over most carpet. Stubborn carpets where the pad doesn't glide easily, I simply put velcro straps towards the end of the floor tool around the pad to hold it in place and that fixed the problem (you can easily find double sided velcro in cut to length strips and make the parts you need, as well as use the same velcro in longer lengths to wrap the cord and hose if you don't want to use the cord wrap under the unit, which I don't use). I have used it to clean other items, with some success on some, and on other items, I found that steamers aren't the best option. An old microwave oven that no one had cleaned in about ten years (with old chili and spaghetti sauce etc that had been in place for years) was no match for the steam and everything came loose and could be easily wiped out. But a fiberglass shower that also hadn't been cleaned in ten years, with a heavy buildup of thick soap scum, and hard water stains didn't respond too much to steam (and had to be cleaned with hand scrapers). So some things can be cleaned with steam, and in fact are the only way you'd really want to clean them, while some things aren't worth the time and mess that steamers create for the slow headway you'd make using one. They are good on carpets, and upholstery cleaning, but on hard floors you may want o have a microfiber mop or wet/dry vac because they can leave floors wet. Hot dry steam hitting cool hard floors will cause condensation, and this moisture has to be either accepted as a by product, and you allow the floors to air dry, or you need to deal with the moisture with a mop or some other means. No big deal once you understand how it works. I love the NEAT so far, and Dupray has been a pleasant company to buy from. I have contacted customer service a couple of times, and they were helpful. One call was to ask the PSI of the unit (50 psi), and another was to see if an extension cord could be used ( one rated for 1500 watts, and 12.5 amps @ 110v is acceptable). They respond to by the next day or better, and phone calls are usually immediate, or they will call back within a few hours. Overall I would give this product highest marks in all categories, and Dupray is a pleasant departure from the average to poor customer service that is normal for most outfits these days. If you are in the market for one, and can't decide between this unit and a competitor, I recommend going with Dupray!

Does not work as advertised - save your money and just use hot water and soap
I have held off purchasing a steam cleaner because I was concerned it was a fad. I purchased the Dupray Neat Steam Cleaner with three goals: getting rid of water build up and soap scum in the bathroom, cleaning my vinyl floors and revitalizing them, and 'freshening' pillows, mattresses, etc. For this to be worthwhile, it needs to be set-up hassle free and for the cleaning of different surfaces to take less time than it normally would. I was not purchsing to remove mites, allergens, or deodorize. My goal was to lessen the tasks of deep cleans, degreasing, and getting rid of dirt/build-up/grime you did not even know was there. It is easy to set up. Upon filling with distilled water, you wait about 8 to 10 minutes for the unit to have adequate steam. The light turns green, indicating it is ready. I used the wand with a brush and a separate scrubbing pad in the bathroom. It was okay. It did loosen up some of the build up, but there was elbow grease involved. I was undecided at this time. The cleaner does havwe wheels, a long hose, and a long cord - so it was easy to move from the bathroom to the kitchen. I used it on the smooth-top stove with the tool recommended byt the instructions (the Dupray triangular brush). Nothing. The steam beaded on the top and the dirt was still there. I could see each piece of dirt / stain / grease mocking me. I tried for about 7 minutes and then decided even if it did work after 7 minutes - it was faster to use the cooktop cleaner. I then attached the "wand" and attempted to clean part of the oven. What I envisioned was what is documented on their website video. Massive fail. After 5 minutes it was apparent this was a fool's errand. I also noticed - the tool was getting hot in my hands. The nice thing about the design is there is a switch to keep it "on" so you can minimize hand exposure - but the entire machine, hose, and wand do get warm to where you may want to consider hand protection. It's like holding a very hot cup of coffee for too long in your hands. I then put on the mop attachment with the pad. This was the moment I was waiting for - seeing untold grime be lifted from surfaces - grime I did not know existed! I started on the vinyl flooring and steps. Nothing a mop would not do. I then went to our garage entryway - convinced I would see the before / after with using this steam product (as you do on commercials and videos). Nothing. I scrubbed. I pushed. I pulled. Steam was everywhere. It still looks grungy and worn - the same way that it does after I use my Bissell Crosswave. I was going to then try it on cushions and a mattress and I reconsidered. The reason I got it was for chemical free cleaning using steam that would, "...effectively lift dirt, grease, and grime..." (per Amazon) as well as degrease, clean "like a breeze" (per their website) and so on. It does not. Additionally - it does make surfaces wet. It appears to be more than the 5% they claim, so I would remind anyone purchasing that it does make puddles and clean with "water." If this product does work for others - fabulous. It did not, however, work for me in the real life world. The videos put out by the manufacturer are deceiving.
