I was pretty excited to see the quality of this model, and think it will make an outstanding decoration. As far as function for cosplay, though, it’s got a huge issue. If you try to use the cover, pulling the sword out causes the “blade” to separate from the handle. It just doesn’t seem to grip well enough on the handle side. It’s a shame because otherwise this is a really cool little piece!

I guess I wasn't paying to the dimensions, but this thing isn't 20 inches. It's still cool looking and easy to put together. Originally got it to put on display next to Demon Slayer figures, but because of the size we let our kids play with it. It's perfect size to let you're little ones fulfill their demon slaying dreams.
