You can setup the MyQ key thing so Amazon deliveries can be put in your garage, but there is no MyQ skill for Alexa so if you're hoping to be able to control your garage doors with Alexa, do not buy this unit. The installer company I used told me it would integrate based upon a web search they did, but they were wrong. I contacted MyQ tech support which is world-class awful - off-shore call centers where the individuals not only speak unintelligible English, but everyone else is in the same room with them talking simultaneously and you can barely hear the person you're talking to over the din. Their support finally said "we cannot offer that kind of support at this time" and told me to "try to integrate it yourself." I explained that I can't do that without a MyQ Alexa skill but the person I was talking to clearly had no idea what I was referring to. Based upon Chamberlain's abysmal tech support, I wouldn't buy another of their products even if they were the only option.
