Good vits

These vitamin tablets are bigger than I expected which made them slightly difficult to swallow. The taste is very similar to yeast and also has a similar smell to yeast. The vitamin content is very high (500mg) and were very effective in their primary use ( for us) of providing a natural mosquito repellent alternative. Overall they were good value for money as lesser doses of the vitamins cost a lot more at health food shops. For this reason I award the product 4 stars

I started taking these as read somewhere that b1 with Thiamin in high doses may help with migraines. Do still get them but they are less frequent and milder (not sure 'milder' is a word a migraine sufferer would ever appreciate but you will know what I mean!) The bonus side effect seems to be that for the 2 years I've been taking these I've never had a cold! Despite my whole family coming down with the usual annual coughs and colds that I use to be prone to, I haven't seemed to suffer, perhaps once got a mild (there's that word again!) scratchy throat and light cough for a few days once in 2 years... Could be disconnected totally but husband is now taking it too so will see what happens with him....photo added to show size of tablet...

The tablets are just as stated. They're quite large and might pose difficulty for some people when swallowing, but I had no problems with that. I bought them because of some research showing that thiamine can reduce stammering and blocking, but I've felt no effect. I rather felt oddly scatter-minded and got a persistent headache after a few days of taking these together with magnesium (as recommended by the research), with no other changes in my lifestyle. To be fair, the research did state that for some people, thiamine can actually worsen stammering, and for some it doesn't have any effects. It was worth a try though. Regarding the product itself, there's nothing to complain about; the quality is very good.

started taking these to help problems with mosquitos on holiday as I'm going to asia in October so have been taking these for a month now they are supposed to change your body smell so you become less attracted by mosquitos I will let you know later if it works but I have noticed a improvement in my energy levels I'm not getting so run down even in our hot weather so on just that they are worth taking I think
