Left earbud showed it was charging but never held a charge right one would not charge

I’m so happy I purchased these earbuds. They fit my ears better due to the sizing made for smaller ears, the sound quality is great and I can go for a decent walk without device the earbuds are linked with before losing connection. The cute case that automatically charges the earbuds make this a fantastic experience. Came well boxed and designed for longevity.

Had these headphones since July. First pair had to be swapped out cause the right ear wouldn't charge. Second pair months later are now having the same issue. Tried to find a way to contact manufacturer. There is none. Amazon told me to just give up and get a new pair. So buying other headphones. Wasn't worth the month. Sound quality was great while it lasted though.
