Extremely Disappointed – Received a Defective, Old Watch! I purchased this SWISSTYLE Black Chain Chrono Look Analog Stainless Steel Watch for Men (Black1) from Ebiz Solutions for my son, and I am beyond disappointed. The watch I received was defective and old—the snap-on back is faulty, clearly indicating it was either used or a poor-quality, rejected product. This is completely unacceptable! It is evident that Ebiz Solutions is not concerned about quality control and is just dumping defective items on customers. I feel completely cheated and misled. I will never purchase from Ebiz Solutions again and will strongly advise my friends and family to avoid this seller. Buyers, beware—do not waste your money on this seller!

The watch is very nice. I ordered brown color, but I received black only. this is a only problem, But watch gives a wealthy look. quality wise very good, value for money. totally satisfied with this price.

It's a kind request I like the watch but in 1 time when I order it. It got stop and then after replacement when I again order it I got a used watch which is already scrached now I m orderning again new so , please kindly send me stylish and newly watch only. I want to give 5 star but due to lack of inappropriation I m giving 3 stars , if u dilevery a new and stylish watch to me now then I will definitely give u 5 stars

Very bad quality. Comes with scratches and paint is removed in many parts . Don't buy this watch.
