Love this product. Definitely doesn't miraculously fix my hair problems but a good product to give my hair life every once in a while. I apply this once every week on my wash day with wet hair only on my mind lengths and ends. Not a product you should put on your scalp due to product buildup. My hair feels soft and the smell is not too strong either...just a generic hair spa product smell
