the product does not work as advertised and leaves poop streaks behind on the ceramic toilet bowl.
I followed the instructions on the packaging and applied the product a second time after it did not work the first time. The toilet bowl is completely dry and no water is present when I apply the product, but it does not work. There are still poop streaks on the ceramic after flushing, and even several flushes do not work. I have to use a toilet brush to remove the poop streaks. Unfortunately, I was on vacation after I applied the product and missed the return window, otherwise I would have sent the product back. I spare you the photos on the review.

Better than other “ceramic” coatings. Not perfect.
We moved into a place with older water efficient toilets. There are times where tissue paper just sticks to the side of the wall as opposed to biological material. I tried other ceramic coating which did nothing. I read that the LESS coating actually came out of university research which was licensed out and thought I would give it a try. It doesn’t result in a complete non-stick surface by any means, but while the other ceramic coating had no appreciable difference, this one did help the paper slide down more often.

Nope. This doesn't perform as advertised
I think Wirecutter did a real disservice for consumers everywhere by recommending this product like it does. It does not perform as advertised and only does a mediocre job of keeping a bowl more clean than it would be on its own. Definitely not worth the price. Should be $10 a can, not $40 or even $25.Two and a half stars.

Follow the Instructions
Like some other reviewers, I think this product helps but does not totally solve the problem with the smaller toilets and their reduced flush rate. It does help to a certain extent, although the directions need to be followed explicitly, especially draining the bowl and drying it with paper towel before spraying, then allowing it to dry. It also needs to be re-applied monthly because it does wear away over time. It also isn't inexpensive. I found it worthwhile while others might not. Bottom line: DON'T BUY THOSE STUPID LITTLE TOILETS IN THE FIRST PLACE! And if you fired a rocket, it's still gonna stick!

Kind of works but not worth the price.
The coating does work with a few caveats. Firstly, it is not magic. It does help, especially with clean up, but some stuff will still stick. Secondly, you have to spread it evenly to assure uniform coverage, which is kind of icky in the toilet bowl. Finally, realize that it does not work below the water line, so unless you totally drain your toilet before applying, you will always have some stains in the bottom of the bowl. All in all, in my opinion, not worth it for the very high price.

Utter Waste of Money
Absolutely worthless crap! I will never listen to Wirecutter again! They said this stuff was great and it is a complete waste of money- and a lot of money! I hate being ripped off- I bet you do too!

Makes Toilet Cleaning Effortless
I've been using this Toilet Coating for a while now, and it has made cleaning the toilet so much easier. Right after application, water beads up and slides off the bowl effortlessly, preventing waste from sticking. While the effect can seem to lessen after about a week, a quick brush with just water easily restores the surface’s repellency—no harsh chemicals needed. I've also noticed no visible hard water deposits since using this product. It truly saves time and effort in maintaining a clean and fresh-looking toilet bowl. Highly recommended!
