extremely dissatisfied with this product, When the package arrived, the box was already open , Upon opening it, I discovered the device inside was unsealed, missing its securing screw, and clearly not brand new , Not working

I recently got the HEX BOTS Remote Control Tarantula for my kids, and it has quickly become one of the best purchases we've made! Here’s why I’m giving it a full five-star rating: From the moment we unboxed it, the excitement was palpable! This little robot spider is incredibly entertaining. It moves realistically and can even perform tricks, which has kept my kids (and their friends) engaged for hours. The remote control is intuitive and easy to use, making it accessible for all ages. The attention to detail in the design is impressive. The HEX BOTS tarantula looks surprisingly robotic lifelike, with realistic movements that really enhance the play experience. It feels durable and well-constructed, which is great considering how rough kids can be with their toys. The rechargeable battery is a fantastic addition! It saves us from constantly buying batteries, and the charging time is quick. We can easily get a good amount of playtime from a single charge, which is a huge bonus for us. Beyond just being fun, this robot spider encourages imaginative play and can spark interest in robotics and technology. My kids love learning about how it works, and we’ve even started discussing programming concepts together! Shipping as always was prompt with prime delivery. Initial toy did not work. Replacement worked fine and no issues. Kids love it.

“Santa” brought this for my 6year old and he absolutely loves it. He plays with it every single day. It’s fairly durable and holds a charge for about a week. The remote has four channels for multiple dragons to play together (without remote interference).
