Such good quality vitamins for your money. I honestly think they're better than any commercial brand. After about a month I felt the differences in memory and bone health. They are your average size fish vitamin, so slightly bigger than other vitamins. They don't have a funky taste or smell.

i’ve used these for a few months and they’re great! i get all the benefits i need from them as a pregnant woman. only downsides: they’re HUGE, they do smell funky and you do get fishy burps which are absolutely nasty lol. i don’t let it sit in my mouth long enough to notice a taste, but i think they go down just fine since they’re coated. but i would say that you get the value for the money you spend! i have not noticed any energy level changes, but i’m not sure if that was listed as a benefit. but i recommend them!
