Nice enough water heater but doesn’t come with pipes to connect and the electrical plug only wire

Very nice product quality, heating is quick, do note that the hose needs to be bought seperately along with the 16A plug top. Water flow working perfectly.

Poor heating performance. Takes around 30 minutes to heat water. The customer service is very pathetic. 14 days gone, technician couldn't find fault in the product. The product still remains unreplaced.

Not heating after 4 months

It's just a few days I am using it.For a very little experience it can heat water in 4-5 minutes only but amount of hot water is not more.But it's very cheap and trendy looking.

I'd recently purchased this and found the product value for money. The built quality is great and its easy to use. Taking about the installation service that comes along with it. in my case the service request was not logged automatically as they had mentioned on amazon thus i myself had to do that the next day. Though i would appreciate that the service was really good and quick. Technicians came as per the time we had scheduled and the installation was done under 30mins. They said that the hose pipes are free but other installation related stuffs like something related to water inlet and electrical stuffs was to be paid extra thus it cost about 450 - 550Rs extra.
